Instead the company did an incredibly poor job. When the doors and windows arrived at my home the Contractor sent a local handyman out to install them. One could tell from the poor quality of workmanship that the handyman wasn't well experienced in doing such an installation. The Contractor did not appear on the job site at anytime during the installation process. When I showed the many problems with the installation to the Contractor he promised that he would have them taken care of immediately. It has now been more then 3 months and I have not heard back from him at all. The poor performance is evidenced by numerous mistakes and amateur workmanship. I had to hire a different company to complete the installation and correct the deficiencies left by Bera Construction. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

We were very happy with William's work and price. He got the job done quickly and did a great job of matching the existing texture on the walls (we did the painting). A small job, so it was several weeks before William could do the painting, which was not a problem for us, other than we were out of town. Being a new construction home, the drywall is still fresh, though it has a thin layer of contractors paint over it. Point being is that it is a lot of work to lay down the first coat and takes quite a bit of time (I know because I painted 2 rooms before calling DPS). The team at DPS did a wonderful job and worked well together - you can tell it's like family. We also scheduled to have our garage painted and Jeffrey was available the day after Christmas. These folks didn't take but a day for the holidays so that they could serve customers!! I met a lot of contractors to do the work, and finally chose to hire Jose Collado (AG Construction aka AG Pavers) after doing a lot of research for the best option. Since I was new to the area, I relied on past review history and am so glad I hired Jose. Check him out on home advisor/Angie's list. His crew and work staff were timely, respectful, and did a very good job. He oversaw quite a few projects: Pavers - patio, porch, side, and pathway around garden (completed October) Flooring entire interior (completed October) Interior and Exterior Painting (completed October) Master and Spare Bathroom updates (completed February) Lighting throughout house (completed October) Kitchen /laundry room renovation (completed February) Lots of other little add-ons were also done, I can't begin to list them all! The few delays we had were due to delays in receiving bathroom and kitchen cabinets, but workers were super at planning around it. When I look back and consider what was becoming a new norm - all the crazy supply issues, and ability to even find good workers, I am amazed how blessed I was to see it all get completed within four short months.
