My husband and I were very impressed with his eye for detail. He did an excellent job painting the house, soffits, gutters and trim. I found him on Angi's List and had never used that service before. I then contacted him and some other painters and he was the one we felt comfortable with. He worked alone which was also something we liked since we didn't want a lot of people here while we were in Michigan. I waited weeks and weeks to get some of these estimates and half didn't even show up. Then I discovered Coastal Custom Color and a fellow named Matt Lempe. Not only did he come quickly, he was on time and extremely polite. He has a young family, moved here from Colorado and started his business here a few years ago. Within a day, I had a very reasonable estimate and we set a date to do the work. He estimated 2-3 days and indeed he delivered on time. He was exceptionally careful to cover everything in my home, including the walls. There was not one spec of paint anywhere where there wasn't supposed to be....the result was awesome. Also have a spot by handrail of pool that never got the finish coat . Had multiple problems with this company. The columns in front of house had to be repainted because the paint was peeling within a week. The owner threw it back on us and said the surface was chalky that's why it didn't stick! And, why didn't he treat it first?...No answer to that. He did return and paint them again. The office staff was rude and their painters were frustrated because the owner didn't order enough paint for the job. Now, we're afraid to pressure wash our house. I do not recommend this company.

After our initial visit Anthony texted me the date and time when he would start. He showed up with his son (Anthony) and completed the porch in a couple of days. They were friendly and professional. They accommodated any requests I made and answered any questions I had.
