After dealing with the harsh reality that my new apartment would not become our home as I had thought. I then to face the fact that I also needed my personal belongings to be safely treated for a possible hitch hikers. I'm a naturalist at heart and have no desire to use unnecessary and harsh chemicals on all of my and my daughters possessions. They've been charging me hidden fees and my mice problem has actually gotten WORSE. They gave me the run around, said the branch manager was too busy to speak to, and are going to charge me a ridiculous fee to cancel (after saying it's just not possible). We were told this twice on two different days, including on the day they came to treat our home. Now, they say it isn't and want to sell us more services to cover this area. This company is a scam. Had they been truthful, we would not have signed up and could have cancelled within their 3-day window. The salesman will tell you whatever you want to hear and the company won't stand by it. They will tell you the monthly charge is a deal because your neighbors signed up (false!), and then pull out an additional $180 service charge after you say you're interested. We should have took that as a sign of their scam. To get out of the contract you will pay $300, PLUS any difference from the "standard rate" and your "discounted rate." They can basically claim anything for this, because nothing is published online. STAY AWAY!
