He listened to our feedback on past treatments as well as our priorities for this treatment. He completed the outside within 15 minutes treating all the focus areas. Very efficient. Do NOT sign a contract with them. Their technicians don't follow up, skipped their treatment, and then when I tried to cancel my account with them they said it wasn't possible. They've been charging me hidden fees and my mice problem has actually gotten WORSE. They gave me the run around, said the branch manager was too busy to speak to, and are going to charge me a ridiculous fee to cancel (after saying it's just not possible). I'm not just an angry customer. I wish I could go back in time and warn my former self to never sign up for these guys. I can't, so I'll warn future customers instead.

We were told this twice on two different days, including on the day they came to treat our home. Now, they say it isn't and want to sell us more services to cover this area. This company is a scam. Had they been truthful, we would not have signed up and could have cancelled within their 3-day window. The salesman will tell you whatever you want to hear and the company won't stand by it. They will tell you the monthly charge is a deal because your neighbors signed up (false!), and then pull out an additional $180 service charge after you say you're interested. We should have took that as a sign of their scam. To get out of the contract you will pay $300, PLUS any difference from the "standard rate" and your "discounted rate." They can basically claim anything for this, because nothing is published online. STAY AWAY!
