They don't tell you this when you start the service. They refuse to accept my cancelation letter last May and charged me in August for a service that was not scheduled nor wanted. I followed all the rules for this company. They are absolutely so rehearsed on their policy and refuse to accept anything but their word. Not believing I mailed a letter to the Dolphin Dr address in addition to my multiple phone calls to cancel service. Beware or better yet just don't use them unless you like to battle the women in the office and have less than careful technicians show up at your home.
