I worked with him in his marketing and also knew him as a member of the Burton Chamber of Commerce. He has always told me that he works one on one with each and every one of his patients. I really wanted my mom to have that kind of care. From the first day Sachin told her exactly what to expect and worked with her one on one. He is a very caring person and very thorough. He not only worked on her shoulder he worked with the whole person, reminding her to stand and get her bearings before she takes her first steps, (she has had one knee replacement and will need another in the future). He also would work on her hands, (she has really bad arthritis in them). He worked with her on all of her issues. He was very encouraging, he would say, "Dorothy, I think you can do a few more." She has really improved. I cannot say enough about the wonderful care that we got from Family Care Plus. My mother was very excited when she realized that she could wash under her left arm without using the sponge on the stick. It is the small things in life that we celebrate but this was a big improvement for her. She can now reach over her head without thinking about it. She has come so far.
