But to start when I walked in the front desk lady was wearing large head phones. Which is very inappropriate and hard to communicate.(been here before when same front desk girl was there and never seen her wearing these before) We came for an ear infection my son had been complaining about/not sleeping for for 2 days already (red ears)Beth check his ears and said they were "perfect". While my son is crying in pain from the pain I decided to take him somewhere else for a second opinion the next morning. Where the doctor looks as his ears and says he has severe double ear infection inner and outer. Beth wasted a whole day we could've had antibiotics because apparently she doesn't know what an ear infection looks like. I hope next time Beth takes a little more time and studies up on such a simple thing. We come to doctors for help and I feel it's just a check for them. We will not be back.

However, we could have just paid walk in pricing at the time and we were not offered that, nor did she ask us what was wrong with my child. Really seemed like they just didn't want to add another patient to their book for the night since they were closing "soon." Really sad that medical professionals would behave that way. I should be next before him and she said he was here before you. I told her that he was not and I was sitting there when he came in and when he asked to wait outside. I said I got here at 12:03 and she said he wrote 12:00. She just shrugged. I had waited for half an hour and he was going back before me. My ailment was quite serious but if his was worse and that was what she had told me, I would have understood and I would not have left but I was so irritated. Mind you had almost passed away 2 years prior from an allergic reaction. We had administered an Epi Pen on the way there. We arrived there and the lady at the front desk was more worried about being on her personal cell phone than helping us. One other patient was in the waiting room. She told us to have a seat. The other patient was called back (no big deal) as I watching him closely. Another patient came in with just a scrapped up leg. They then called him to the back. I told the nurse that my husband was having an allergic reaction and she got rude and said he would be called back when there was a room available.... Umm.... There was a room had they called the patients in the order they arrived and/or by urgency. We left and went to the hospital... The waiting room was packed full but we got called right back and got the meds that we needed.

I arrived at the urgent care with pain in my ribs and shortness of breath. I am not a medical professional but i thought my ribs are in my chest. I waited for 90 mins. in the waiting room and then an additional 90 mins. in the back treatment area. When i finally saw a doctor, he was so rushed that he wouldn't wait for me to answer his questions (being short of breath I could not speak more than two or three words at a time). They performed an ECG and assured me that i didnt have a heart attack and informed me to go to an ER. I felt very poorly treated and ignored and then rushed out in the same condition in which i arrived. I am curious to see how my insurance gets charged for this 'treatment'. They made sure i paid my copay within 20 mins of arriving.
