The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the atmosphere. There were 4 kids in the lobby, being really loud, which I could hear over the music in the massage room. Also, I don't really care about this since I knew it was a dr's office, but the decor, etc. is not really overly soothing, relaxing, etc. It's pretty dr-like in decorations, but if you are like me and seriously just want a good massage, it's fine. I don't need fancy. Others would not like this though, if they are looking for a spa experience. Also, I screwed up on my appointment time, thought it was 530, it was really 500. My second treatment was 2 weeks ago and NO cramping. The Doc said I may only need a treatment every 3 months to keep my neck straight. He also gave me some very easy exercises to do that will make my forearms stronger. I'm glad they are so easy or I wouldn't do them. I work at a computer all day so I can't have my hands cramping up.
