I informed them I was moving out of town at the completion of my therapy (dec22). Instead, I found a 'PT factory' environment where the therapist was juggling 5 to 10 other patients at the exact same time. For three weeks, I was never given the individualized manual attention my condition requires. I spent most of my time performing generic exercises while the therapist rotated through a crowded room. This 'gym' approach is inadequate for patients with specific, high-priority recovery needs. I have since moved my care to a provider that offers private, one-on-one sessions with a true specialist. If you need dedicated, hands-on therapy, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. This facility seems more focused on patient volume than patient outcomes."

I said I've already done that and that didn't work they said if I wanted to see Dr. Rosenberg the way they do it is they make the appointment with the PA and then the PA runs out if there's questions talk to guys Rosenberg and then comes back in and tells me I said I want eyeball to eyeball contact with Dr. Rosenberg.
