But they said they were writing down what they exercises they had me do. So they could all refer to it later and keep me on track. The place is clean and the people are good. *** Getting the Tens machine at the end of the session is an up charge they didn't warn me about. They will schedule appointments out for months in advance and then fail to cancel them when you call to say you are not able to make the appointment or let them know that you will no longer be coming in due to their inability to treat your issue. I was billed for multiple appointments after saying that I would no longer be coming in. Not only that but they cited my reasons for "missing" appointments as work even though I was unable to work for several months during that time.

There was always the choice of doing your therapy in the big open room or in smaller private settings. They try to accommodate you whenever possible with scheduling . I am satisfied.

At my first appointment, I already knew I was in the right place. They had all of my insurance details worked out ahead of time. I knew exactly what was happening with my benefits, and all insurance questions were answered before I had to ask.They really listen to how you're feeling, and what is and is not comfortable. I felt like they knew exactly how I felt, and what to do to make it better. When I left that first day, I walked out of the door with less pain. I am regaining my strength, and function. You really get to know the staff, which is an added bonus. They are not only good at their jobs, but they are great people. If you're thinking about physical therapy, call them.
