We were worried about coordinating between them, a carpenter, plumber and painter. When Butch came, our worries were over. He told us that they would take care of everything, and they did. Memorial Day was coming up and we had family coming in but Butch assured us that it would be ready when they arrived. True to his word, it was ready for our company. Once the repair was finished, we were unable to tell that we had ever had a leak. I only have high praise for the crew that did the work. They did an excellent job of the repair including matching the paint which was a custom color and of making sure everything was as good as the original. I also have high praise for the crew that did the cleanup after construction. Everything (decorations, lamps and accessories) were cleaned and placed back in the position that we had them. The quotes we were given were fair and easy to understand. The total for the repairs were actually less than we had expected. We were totally satisfied with the cost and the work performed. Butch and Liz were excellent and a pleasure to work with. Both were very helpful throughout our repair. We are very glad that we chose Pro Environmental for our repairs. The unusual thing about WS Parks Contracting is they communicate. They answer phone calls and texts. They respond to emails for coordination. They came out and surveyed the work, came up with a plan which would meet all permit requirements and got to work within weeks of initially meeting with them.
