The first time i used them a few years ago, they came out and in process of preparing to pump out the septic tank they broke the lid and expected me to pay for a new one. The employee who broke it offered no apology and no resolution. I spoke to the owner, and he gave me me a break on the price for a more fortified lid (though I shouldn't have had to pay at all) that I was told would last. During this second visit, a different employee broke the new, fortified lid (with fiberglass mixed in) and didn't even mention it. We found the piece lying off on the side in my grass. When I sent photos and spoke with them, again, there was no resolution, no apology, and no explanation as to why they didn't inform me that a piece was broken off. The employee did admit they used a shovel to pry it open (no idea why since these lids have handles and as a professional company, in the business of opening septic tank lids, they should know how to do it without damaging or destroying the lids each time) but offered no resolution, he just said it wouldn't be an issue for the tank. Maybe not, but it is an issue for me. I paid $300, AND they broke my lid again and aren't doing anything about it. I will never use or recommend this company again.
