It has been over 2 weeks now and still no one has came out and I still have the same weeds showing up. At least with company I used last year they were very responsive and followed through I already pre paid for the year so it's simply; do your job and take care of my weeds or refund me so I can go with another company who will take care of it

I have many native plants in my garden beds, and they killed so many of them. Also, I caught one of their workers spraying an ENTIRE BUSH with weed killer. I had to nurse it back to health as many leaves and branches were severely damaged. 2. Secondly, they are a predatory company, a "weed" themselves if you will. I paid for one year of service, and then they came back next season because they are an "auto renew company," which is convenient for them, because no one would call them back otherwise. No matter how many times I told them to get lost, they kept coming back, and the only times they actually got onto my property was when I wasn't home. Now they're hounding me for payment and threatening to send me to collections over something like $70. Hilarious. 3. If you do end up paying for services, take solace in the fact that they'll never shut up with the phone calls every week or so begging for upgrades for things like grubs and what not. Nah, how about you try to do the one job I paid you for first? Just a clown show of a company all around. Terrible service, terrible outcomes. They said "we'll get your lawn looking like a golf course." It still looks like it did when you first started last year, which is why I didn't call you back, but good job not doing anything other than making my life miserable! And to the guy on the phone that took an attitude with me when you desperately wanted me to pay you, sorry your job sucks. I mean I'd hate working there, too.
