They originally told me it's $160 for a diagnostic and I ended up paying $169. I'm really disappointed in my experience here. The diagnostic did not cover some key tests I expected as part of a standard diagnostic. They failed to do a full scan of all systems and failed to check previous codes that were causing problems as well. When I asked about further testing, they wanted to charge me extra. I ended up taking my car back without getting any repairs done. I feel like I didn't get the full picture of what was going on with my car. Also seems like they upcharge significantly on basic parts compared to other shops. Would not recommend. read more

If i could give 10 stars, i would.. I am an upper age senior, a woman traveling alone (with Cooper, my faithful dog) very handicapped, but still going.. Thanks to Jamie, Jenny and super mechanic-Joe. These wonderful people have made keeping my RV, and my little mini cooper stress free.. They explain everything, fix what's necessary, help make decisions about future upkeep and don't charge an arm and a leg.. I really can't tell how much I appreciate them.. Be very careful here. In my experience, they did not stand behind their product/service and tried to upsell me on something that I didn't need. They had replaced 2 tires and when one was continually low on air, I took it back to them to have them look at it. I had been told elsewhere that it appeared to be a rim leak - a simple fix. Advanced Repair insisted it wasn't a rim leak and that I needed to have the stem replaced - $130.00. I had another service center look at it and they said the stem was fine and it was a simple rim leak, which they fixed. That was nearly 2 weeks ago and 200 miles later and the tire pressure is still perfect. read more

My fiancé has gone to Advanced Repair for a few years now and when I got a "new" car I took it in. Prices are reasonable, for what I asked. They did a top off on all the necessary liquids for free and gave me a list of things they checked at that could use repair (but no added charges for looking). Would and will recommend. read more

I LOVE this place. I've been for an oil change, a broken tie rod, and then most recently due to my blower not working. I had to go back because the piece they put in didn't quite fit as hoped. They ordered the proper piece and didn't charge me a penny for the new piece or the replacement. As a young woman with not much car knowledge, I'm always skeptical about getting ripped off. However, my dad and father in law who both work on their own cars (too far away to fix mine though,) both said the prices they gave me every time were more than reasonable. Overpriced. Week ago, I was charged $72 more than what I see on the NAPA website price for a starter. And charged labor cost(which is okay) but other test too which are free in other stores. Services is good and mechanics are friendly. But store is pricy. read more
