After $5000 and 4 days the part failed so he brought the car back in. They told him that the warranty was only for the part and that we were going to have to pay another $1200 in labor fees to have it replaced again. After making a big enough deal about this BS that they never explained, they told us they'd comp us 'just this one time' like they were doing us a favor. We had specifically asked for a Ford specialist to do the second job since clearly his car slightly specialized and has aftermarket modding. They said they would do that for us. Three weeks later we go to pull in for a quick oil change at Valvoline and his car bottoms out because the technicians installed his downpipes upside down..... we know multiple people who work at this shop and they've since disclosed to us that Miller has oil techs doing main line tech jobs, meaning your car is being worked on by someone who will hammer in a screw.
