Additional Update 4/17/26: I had an echocardiogram scheduled today and arrived 10 minutes early…read more Despite that, I waited an additional 20 minutes past my appointment time. I also asked multiple times about the cost of the visit, and no one was able to provide a clear answer. At that point, I decided to leave, I'm not going to wait close to an hour for a practice that doesn't prioritize patient care or communication. To make matters worse, I am still waiting on my lab results. They confirmed the results were received on the 8th, yet I have not received any follow-up or evaluation. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, and I would recommend considering another provider. Previous Update: I previously left a review for New Wave Physicians Group and, unfortunately, I'm updating it again out of frustration. In my original review, I mentioned that my experiences with Dr. Carder and Dr. Troung were positive, they were both professional, attentive, and helpful during my visits. However, I also noted ongoing issues with the front office staff, and those problems have only gotten worse. It is extremely difficult to reach anyone by phone. Calls often go unanswered, and when someone does pick up, it feels like a rare occurrence. I've had to call repeatedly at different times of the day just to speak with someone, and on multiple occasions I've been placed on hold and then disconnected. More concerning is what happened after my most recent appointment with Dr. Carder. I went in for serious symptoms, had an EKG performed, and completed lab work. I specifically asked how I would receive my results and what the next steps would be regarding treatment or medication. I was told I would receive a phone call, but that never happened. After calling over 50 times, I finally reached someone who informed me that my results had been available for quite some time but had not even been reviewed. I also followed up on a sleep study that was discussed during my visit, only to find out it had not been submitted. The medications I was told would be prescribed were never sent to the pharmacy either. On top of all of this, I still don't have access to the patient portal. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance from the office staff, no one has been able to help me get it set up. These issues have been ongoing and are now affecting my ability to receive timely care. At this point, I feel like I've given this office more than enough chances and will likely be looking for a new provider.

He was the FIRST doctor to actually spend time with my Dad, answer ANY and ALL questions we had, and made us really feel like he cared. He didn't push unnecessary medication or treatment and he gave us a realistic timeline so we were able to make what time was left truly count. We are so grateful for God bringing Dr. Dibble into our life and allowing us to experience what a true doctor/patient relationship should be. We really appreciate his after hours phone calls to check in and his condolences card that was signed by his entire staff. Unfortunately, our only regret is that we didn't find him sooner. While we've moved out of the Woodlands to north of Conroe, we still make the drive to his office. Dr Abusharr is a "PHYSICIAN" in the truest meaning of the profession. He listens, cares, and treats. He actually remembers our names, our ailments, and monitors our treatments and procedures. I'll never go anywhere else for our family GP.
