That night, the issue happened again. I called the next morning, and they told me I needed a deadbolt cause the fix didn't work, and they'd be right over. I thought "oh here we go". But nope, super professional with an upgraded deadbolt for $55, re-using same casing. You can feel the better difference in using the lock. Also took apart door handle to check it and tightened loose screws. Worth the $125 minimum service call fee. I called them first cause I knew who they were as I have driven by their Bath Rd shop for decades. I lost my key to a padlock on a camp door. Luckily, I had purchased three padlocks in the set, but…read moreall used the same key. I took one of the padlocks into Barkley's and asked if they could make a key for it. It was no problem for them! In about 35 minutes, I had two new keys that perfectly fit the padlock! It only cost $21.60! Few people are around who can make a key from scratch given only the lock it needs to fit! The alternative would have been finding someone to go to the camp and pick or destroy the padlock on the door. I know that would've been a much heftier fee!! Everyone at Barkley's was extremely nice and helpful. Additionally, I got to peruse the store and learn about some of the things they do that I had never thought about. It was a win, win, for me!

I called him because my spouse lost our keys so then we waited for 4 days for the dealership to get a blank key and then had to go to another dealership to cut it. They cut it wrong and i was stuck because no one in Watertown could cut another key or tell me why it wasn't working. Stephen came to my house, cut three keys in under an hour for only slightly more then the dealership would have been able to order a single factory key from kia. He also gave me two spare keys. I highly recommend calling him first. He is affordable and professional and i am so thankful that someone was able to help get my Mom van back on the road.
