But nope, super professional with an upgraded deadbolt for $55, re-using same casing. You can feel the better difference in using the lock. Also took apart door handle to check it and tightened loose screws. Worth the $125 minimum service call fee. I called them first cause I knew who they were as I have driven by their Bath Rd shop for decades.
