We really needed our brakes done because we had to go out of town to see a sick relative with little time left. We had to go to a walk in shop and pay out the nose for a rush job. It was very frustrating on top of our worries about the relative. I guess on top of overcharging people they don't know how to keep or schedule appointments. I have to say it was very frustrating and disappointing and if I had known it was knew owners we never would have gone there to begin with. Best to stick with Trapps or one of the other companies.
