They cut it wrong and i was stuck because no one in Watertown could cut another key or tell me why it wasn't working. Stephen came to my house, cut three keys in under an hour for only slightly more then the dealership would have been able to order a single factory key from kia. He also gave me two spare keys. He took my car in…read moreand changed my timing belt for my 2009 KIA when almost every other service center said that they couldn't/wouldn't work on a "foreign" car. The only other service center that could do the work couldn't get me in for several weeks and when asked who they could recommend, they told me that Tom's was the place to go. Tom told me exactly what he was going to change, charge, and do - and he called me to come in and physically showed me an issue with my pads where they had eaten into the brake disc and gave me a fair price for replacement before doing the work. Tom was able to do the work the same day and I have not had any issues with it since! I definitely will go back to him for any needs for my car and will recommend all of my friends to do so as well!
