Think about it, first 45 years of their business was just word of mouth before internet reviews. No business reaches this milestone without taking good care of it's customers. I've used them over the years on our home and commercial properties for gas, water and sewer lines, never an issue. What prompted this review was I just had another good experience dealing with a possible plumbing leak in our home that turned out to be an entirely different leak source. Thankfully the techs were sharp enough to find it. Recommend? Heck yes.

We finally got referred to Albert at Railgate Plumbing by an electrician who had worked with him in the past and had just finished making some improvements and repairs to our home. We texted Albert and on short notice he came out, walked the home with us, took note of every issue we reported and in under a week was able to come back out and handle everything in a single day. He was able to repair 3 toilets (wax rings, flappers), unclog a sink, replace an outdated and not up to code saddle valve under our sink, and install a new water heater all with-in a day. The pricing for the entire job was extremely fair compared to what I priced out for national averages online and he was extremely polite, informative and respectful of our home while working here. Turned out the septic tank was only 15 feet from the house. I paid them 3500 up front for "materials". They showed up with 3 guys and a shovel. After digging up the line they insisted I still needed to pay another 3000.00 to finish putting in 15 feet of line. I hired another more repetitable company to finish the work.
