It never felt crowded, and there were plenty of peaceful spaces to sit and enjoy the experience. The facilities themselves are gorgeous, with elegant architecture, natural light, and thoughtful details throughout. The locker rooms were clean and well stocked, and everything felt organized and welcoming. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable from check-in to the end of my visit. Also, I love seeing the lovely floral arrangement displayed when you enter the hotel. Today, not getting my usual spa services, but I'm here for a girls' day to celebrate a special lady with the Sweet Feet pedicures and lunch at the Oasis. Since it was a lovely day, the girls and I dined outside and spent most of the day on the grounds, since the spa tends to be busy on weekends, especially Saturday. Our pedicures were relaxing, but be reminded that if you have gel polish on, there is a $17 upcharge to remove it; otherwise, it was a wonderful, pleasant experience. Even the massage chair was a bonus. My only disappointment was that everyone at my girls' spa party who got pedicures received the free emery board the clinicians used during our pedicures; I was the only person who didn't. Finally, I must end on a positive note. My treated guests had their first time experiencing the Spa at the Hotel Hershey; they enjoyed their time at the spa relaxing and lunch at the Oasis.

I would have gone if I could have arranged transportation but using a disruption they planned themselves to deny me service and then charge me for that denial is not the kind of character that any business should have.

Journey's is only 6 miles from where I live so I thought it would be ideal to go there. Although I was skeptical about going to someone without any recommendations, I decided to give it a try. I am so happy that I called and made the appointment. Cybyl is the best masseuse I've ever had. She listens to your concerns. She knows how to get the knots out without hurting. She asks if the pressure is too deep and adjusts according to your needs. She makes recommendations after the massage if for any reason you are sore. I've been to Journey's Day Spa numerous times since then for a massage and will continue to get my massages from Cybyl.
