Recently, I decided to finally put some decent audio in my 2006 Honda Element Ex which is still in exceptional shape and condition with only 78,000 miles, perfect interior and runs brand new, (I know, hard to believe for an almost 20-year-old SUV.) At any rate, my last excellent experience with ASAP's owner, Allan when he upgraded my 2008 Roush Mustang with an excellent Alpine headset, Focal speakers and some serious amps back in 2018 all of which are still producing great waves still today (2025.) For the Element, Allan suggested (keeping in mind, I didn't really want to put in a several thousand-dollar system due to its age, (in spite of its excellent condition,) but still really wanted a good sounding, quality system. We decided on the Alpine iLX w770 head unit, four great sounding Alpine S2-S65C speakers with the tweets mounted in the front columns, which all sounded great all overall, but the speakers really only supplied a good quality mid-range bass, so, the system would need a dedicated sub. This is where the Kicker 48CWRT84 CompRT 8" Subwoofer comes in and which picks up the bass where the others leave off, and seriously, for a small, 8" sub in a custom smaller box (mounted in the back storage area) to save me some space for my equipment will bang your head up front in the driver's seat with some great quality sub-woofer, bass. All these are now being driven by the 46CXA400IT Kicker 400-watt, Class D mono subwoofer amplifier which turned night into day and allowed the system to display its full potential. All said and done, I own another quality sound experience put together by the ASAP's owner and techs, and since the price was also very reasonable, I'm extremely happy with my 2nd experience with ASAP and highly recommend them. read more

I was looking for someone to install Apple CarPlay and front and back cameras to help with parking. They installed CarPlay on a JVC receiver. There was no discussion of options or what things would look like. The cameras make things look miles away!!! The JVC receiver is hard to use. The user icons give no clue as to what functions each controls. The radio comes on automatically whether I want it to or not. I hate what I paid a fortune for. IMO, their customer communications is totally missing. read more

I was referred to ASAP from the Honda dealer to try and fix my CD player in my Honda Accord. The CD player had jammed due to CDs from the local library. I was warned that the player would most likely be destroyed in attempting to retrieve the CDs. The tech at ASAP was able to extract the CDs and my player was left in perfect condition functioning like new. They also did not charge me for this service. Yo, these guys are rad! Got a killer double sub and speakers package installed, and these guys were sure to listen and installed a neat little bass control knob where I wanted it. The whole package delivers,, These things WOOF, too! This Metalhead is pleased! This system is also pristine for Hip-Hop, Neo-Classical, Didgeridoo Trance,Classic Rock, and other genres of Audio-Lovin. Audiobooks sound good at lower volume! My cars back speakers weren't connected very well out the factory, and the initial thought was that I'd need a separate antenna, with another appointment but the crew had checked last minute, and found that it was essentially that loose connection.
