204 Med spring Dr Ste 100, Clayton, NC 27520I am a Marine veteran who have visited this location for the past 3 years and it was ok and the last visit I had was beyond reprehensible. my appointment was at 1045 am and was running late about 3 minutes. when I showed up, I told them that I had an appointment, and they said that I was late yes, I understand but all it is for a refill on a prescription that I needed for pain on my back, the receptionist called to the back and was told that I would have to reschedule for another day. mind there was no other patient in the lobby how long does it take to refill a prescription (Another week?) that is very important to keep my back pain on check so that I could go to work, well services were refused due to a three-minute difference. I made a statement such as: This is the reason why so many veterans end up taking their lives because of trash like this, that instead of taking a minute and getting the PA nurse to fill out a new refill and done instead they wanted to chill and refuse treatment. I said to them I may as well go home and put a pistol to my head and end this pain. what did they do? they called the police and sheriffs on me the following day, not the day of the incident. I told the officers that they would have been too late because the incident happened the day prior. I rather suck it up in pain than show my face there ever again. this people have no respect nor integrity to their jobs as doctors and nurses. I wonder how much they were charging the government for our treatment. All we veterans are cash cows to these people that take minimal care and respect to the service we gave this country to keep them safe. I'm a patient at the Clayton office and have received excellent care. The staff is friendly, kind and professional. The standard of care is outstanding and they take care of getting you prompt appointments for MRIs and surgeons. Last month I had another herniated disk and they got me in to see a neurosurgeon very quickly and I was able to get surgery and relief faster than anticipated. I've been a chronic pain patient for 11 years and haven't had positive experiences with every provider. This practice treats patients like we matter and their care is state of the art. Can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommend! read more

Benson nc office I been seeing Grayson Massey PA-C pain management for over 2 years now she is the best.I been going to pain management for a long time been to a lot of different doctors There's none like her she is super professional and most importantly she cares about her patients and she shows it each and every visit. Dr. Idrissi is an incredible physician. I have experienced chronic hip and neck pain for quite some time. I bounced around the medical clinics at Fort Bragg and finally got an off post referral. No offense to the on post providers, but holy cow - weeks between appointments, on top of not being set up to do minor injections/procedures, just a huge waste of time and meanwhile I am in pain. Got a consult to Dr. Idrissi and got in the Fayetteville office within a week. That in itself was massively impressive. I was dreading the initial consult because my "history" of different procedures and injections is lengthy (at least to me)...and who wants to sit there and go through every little ache and pain (even though it is a pain clinic). It makes me feel like a paranoid hypochondriac! I know there are people way worse off than I am. Dr. Idrissi had reviewed my MRIs before my appointment (once again IMPRESSIVE!). He took ample time explaining that I have different issues causing the hip pain and the neck pain. He reviewed my reports with me and explained the treatment plan. I had vacation scheduled and they fit me in the Benson location for a spinal injection again within a week. The staff was very kind and compassionate - - and most importantly, it's two weeks later and my hip pain is massively reduced. The least amount of pain I have had in literally years. Pain clinics have a bad rap (some for good reason) for just pumping pills out - - well, I wasn't interested in pain medication (that doesn't help me anyway) and he wasn't interested in prescribing it either. I felt that I received outstanding care and hope my next appointment helps my neck. Highly recommend this provider and appreciate the fact they accept Tricare - - offices in Benson, Clayton, Fayetteville, Lillington and Fuquay-Varina. read more

I have to say I have never been so appalled in my life. To start off they discharge me because my purse got stolen when I was out of town, and I took my medicine routinely but they said it never showed up, something is wrong with their testing. And last of all my disc degenerative disease has never had relief. So compliments to them I get to be in severe pain till I find another doctor. I wish there was a option for zero stars. read more

Went there today was told because of my age i didnt need to be on pain meds. I was also told by a pa that i didnt need to see a surgeon. I was told 2 doctors i need to see one and then he had the nerver to tell me he wasnt going to give me anything until my thc level had came down well this was my first vist the pa should have done something i have read my mri report its not good and i hurt all day i can barley do what i need to do. I dont think age should play a part about pain meds i dont do drugs so i dont understand why the weed was being held agaist me. My husband was a new patient at the Benson office today. His appointment was at 930, he arrived at 850, filled out paperwork and paid his copay. Over an hour later he was called back to a room for them to tell him he couldnt be seen because he was self referred (this was made known when the appt was made). He had major back surgery just a few months ago and needs some relief in his life. But instead of relief, he gets turned away after waiting over an hour, copay paid and appt made prior. This clearly shows us they dont care about their patients. read more

I am very dissatisfied at the way the office takes care of it's patients. I have had multiple lumbar epidural steroid injections. The first was fine. Each subsequent one was a nightmare. I needed to talk to someone the day following one, but never got a return call until two days later. After another injections, I got sick. Someone was in the restroom, so, without assistance with walking, I got outside. Thankfully my fiance was at the door to help me. No one came out to check on me. I will not be getting another injections and will be discussing this with my PCP. read more
