My dad died there on Thursday. He died with a grade three bedsore/abcess and high fever, which absolutely contributed to his quick decline. I'm sure they won't put that on his death cert though. (Edit: correct, they put "respiratory failure.") They were so neglectful that they didn't even shave him despite being asked to do so several times. He hated beards. I saw him for the last time ever with a beard. He died with a beard. If they can't groom their patients, they clearly don't know how to move them regularly to avoid bedsores. I think the worst part is that the day before he died, my mom was battling with several people there trying to get him into hospice. They claimed he didn't qualify for hospice, even as he was actively dying. That was stress we didn't need. This hospital needs to do so much better. Truly.

Ashley greeted me on time, and was super nice, thorough, and knowledgeable. Another woman (I wasn't told her name) asked if she could join us, and I said it was okay. She was very nice, intelligent, and professional. Looked like a million bucks (perhaps a sales rep?) too. Most, most, and more most unfortunately, the rep who originally responded to my call, gave me misinformation about my financial obligation. I was excited about being a patient here too; I was misquoted big time. The rep told me that with my insurance (a well known one), I'd have 100% coverage with NO co-pays. Worth taking a few hours off of work for a free consultation to learn more! Instead of the $0 co-pay that I was quoted, my actual cost (I wasn't told this until the end of my consult) would be $35 / sx co-pay. Sooo, 36 sessions are what is recommended for the best outcomes. I believe there are two interim follow-up visits too. CHA CHING! I'm a single parent of two eating machines, with costly high school needs, and I don't splurge on myself too much. I was consoled with "don't let the price be a concern." REALLY?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't care how you slice it and work with me on the payments (a suggestion of "$100 a week" was made!), a minimum of $1,260 was coming out of this girl's pocket. I still believe in this service, found the personnel here to be nice, and office, clean, but won't be a patient here for this high cost. Check with your insurance company yourself before you get your hopes up too high!

I am currently sitting in the office writing this review. I absolutely dread coming here. My appointment always takes about two hours to finish. Example.......today's appointment time is 1:45pm. Current time is 3:05 and I still have not been seen. Very typical experience. When Dr. A comes to see me he will ask a few questions. Then he will put his recording g device on and dictate his office visit note. Depending on the visit he might MIGHT do an actual exam. Then when you leave 2-3 hours later--it is a given that you have to call back because he forgot to call in one of my needed prescriptions. Just awful!!! Calling insurance once I am done here to get a new doctor.

Everything done by this company goes wrong on some level, even a simple task like refilling medications for my mother was a huge ordeal (I was actually on the phone for 45mins with Christina just to refill a lasik medication).
