The level of care was beyond what I had expected. The Care Team on this floor, in this section was exceptional. The nurses, the Techs, the Doctor, all made me feel very confident that I mattered and we were going to get through this. Two of the techs stood out to me due to their warm personalities and care. And even though it hurt to laugh, I found myself doing just that. Their passion for caring for people is so apparent. Terrence and Danielle are such an important part of your Team and I hope they get the recognition that they deserve. Like I said this was the last place I wanted to be.. But, I feel blessed to have crossed paths with some exceptional people.

U could very easily get lost , it's so big But stayed sev hours and I am emotionally drained and upset. It's an impressive ICU there are many rooms and the staff was very responsive to any question I had. There was also a priest, Father Ernest who prayed & anointed him . I was very appreciative. I am currently sitting in the office writing this review. I absolutely dread coming here. My appointment always takes about two hours to finish. Example.......today's appointment time is 1:45pm. Current time is 3:05 and I still have not been seen. Very typical experience. When Dr. A comes to see me he will ask a few questions. Then he will put his recording g device on and dictate his office visit note. Depending on the visit he might MIGHT do an actual exam. Then when you leave 2-3 hours later--it is a given that you have to call back because he forgot to call in one of my needed prescriptions. Just awful!!! Calling insurance once I am done here to get a new doctor.

She will raise her voice and get pretty barbaric over questions (she's a know it all that answers phone for a living). Everything done by this company goes wrong on some level, even a simple task like refilling medications for my mother was a huge ordeal (I was actually on the phone for 45mins with Christina just to refill a lasik medication).
