I have a car that needs to be towed, and this is in Mira Loma, which is a lot like Norco, with much horse property, large lots, and lots of trees. Shouldn't be a big deal. I called AAA, and they sent out some clown who said this car was inaccessible. In other words, it was not humanly possible to get to this car with a tow truck. This came from a fairly young guy who had to call his boss just to scratch his butt, and he was driving a 40' flat bed. They told AAA that this car was in such a remote, desolate, forgotten area that human technology was incapable of reaching it, much less towing it. My Prius was parked next to it. I'm not making this up. Humans can build pyramids, great walls spanning thousands of miles, we can go to the moon and seriously consider going to Mars...but this guy can't tow a car in Mira Loma. So after explaining some of this to AAA, and the fact that my Prius can park right next to the car, they sent out Advanced Towing. I forget the guy's name, because by that time it had been 2 1/2 hours and I was pissed. So he comes out, takes a quick look, and says "This will be easy." That's right, "easy." Compare that to "Impossible." And sure enough, 25 minutes later we're at our destination, and he's using his magic to park this car in the exact spot I asked him to with his tow truck. I can't speak for other folks' experiences, all I can do is tell what I saw, and I saw them to "The Impossible." Great work! read more

When I called again he told me it would be another 90 mins, when I asked him what's taking so long he told me " buddy I am busy you have to wait". If I could give 10stars I would. I don't know our driver's name but THANK YOU for being a great person and providing service that was over and beyond. Thank you for taking care of me, my husband, our 4 month old, and our dog the way you did. Our truck broke down approximately 50miles from home. We were stranded on the center divider of the freeway. Driver arrived within 15 min of our call. He first made sure we were all safe, loaded my crying infant into his truck (car seat and all), and offered reassurance. He fit the three of us in his cab and allowed our dog to remain inside of our truck; which was on the flatbed. During our ride home, he told us something that we will never forget. He focused on us in our moment of need, and we will continue to think about him. I believe sometimes these interactions happen for a reason. Ignore any of the bad reviews of this company. If you want to be in good hands when you're in an unfortunate situation, I'd recommend Advanced Towing. read more

I called a different towing company initially but the wait time was 2 hours for a tow service. They recommended this and a different company. I read reviews and was hesitant about calling them due to unsatisfactory reviews. But, I needed a tow so I said screw it let's call. The lady I spoke to said wait was about 45 mins, after taking all the details. I waited, my tow truck arrived in 40 mins! If you need a tow you had better hope AAA doesn't call Advanced. I needed a tow from Corona to Beaumont and called AAA. After waiting 45 minutes with no updates, Advanced's dispatcher called me, I missed the call and they didn't leave a message. I called back and the dispatcher says "Oh yeah, well we have a REALLY high call volume right now so it's going to be at least another 2-3 hours before we can tow you ALL the way out to Beaumont... If you don't want to wait you should call AAA and request a reroute." Two things; 1) if you have high call volume and can't take care of my tow then why wait until you were already supposed to be there to call and let me know it's going to be "at least" 2-3 additional hours? 2) if your company was sent my service request then why don't *YOU* call AAA and tell them that *YOUR* company isn't able to take the tow within an acceptable timeframe? The nonchalant "sucks-to-be-you" attitude was the icing on the cake. Fortunately, AAA dispatched Angelo's Towing and they showed up in no time, were very professional and have top of the line tow trucks. read more

Today, I had a dead battery and called AAA. They dispatched Advanced Towing to service my call. A very friendly, clean cut gentlemen by the name of France, showed up within the time frame I was quoted. He inspected the battery, jumped it and did something I had NEVER received from an AAA call, he thoroughly cleaned the battery, its' posts, and applied an anti corrosive agent. Of course, all done with my permission requested prior to performing the additional service. France went above and beyond a typical call, had a pleasant, enthusiastic yet professional demeanor, and for that I was impressed and very much appreciative! I wish I knew his name but my Uncle said the tow truck driver that came to pick up his car was really cool and helpful in a situation he had to get the car out off. My car was towed here but I have no problem with the tow truck driver. My problem is that once my car was taken here and stored on there property, they went through everything thoroughly and tossed it all in a couple plastic bags and stole my valuables. Very sad and disappointed. If your car gets taken here, at least go get your belongings because if they have any value they will steal it. read more

After they picked up my car and loaded on the flat bed, they had the driver go to fix a flat tire instead of bringing it to my home. We got a call out to this business to weld some side steps on a lifted Chevy truck by one of the employees who work there when it came time to pay for the services he came outside acting like he was from the hood acting all ghetto and violent. We got pictures of the side steps still welded to the truck and he still owes us money. To start my horrific experience with Advanced Towing on Thursday August 3rd, I called AAA because my car needed to be towed from my boyfriends home to a tire repair company about 3 miles from the house. Madahi was his name and he arrived quickly. My BRAND NEW 2016 Dodge Dart was sitting the driveway with a flat tire, Madahi said that he would back my car up on to the flat bed. At that point my boyfriend made the suggestion that we move the car into the street because the driveway is very steep, madahi said no it will be fine at this angle. He proceed to back my car up which scratched the entire bottom front end of my front bumper as well as the plastic cover under the car. We yelled after it made a god awful noise that im sure even the neighbors heard but he did not stop. Once my car was on the bed i took photos of all the damage as well as the license plate then we proceeded to the towing destination. Once we arrived at the repair shop for my tire Madahi did THE SAME THING!!!!! Dropped my car front bumper first and took off ALL of the paint under my bumper. I recorded the entire "drop off" process and in the video you can hear me screaming "NO NO NO" but he continued of course, in the video you can hear the front end getting destroyed by the asphalt. Madahi gave me my keys then took off before my boyfriend could even speak with him. I immediately called AAA and made a damage claim with them, they suggested I also call Advanced Towing. Less than an hour after the whole ordeal I called and spoke with Raymond. I explained the incident that occurred and gave him all of the drivers information. Raymond said they would send someone to my location to look at my car, at that point my car was about 10 minutes away from being done so I asked if there was anyone someone could come to my home in Menifee. Raymond's idiotic response was "no that is to far you will need to stay where you are and I will send someone in about an hour". I said no I have things to do today and this is not one of them so I told him that someone will need to come look at my vehicle today. He then hung up on me. Great customer service right!? I called Raymond back and asked what had happened he had no explanation I then told him if no one comes to my home I will be filling a police report ONCE AGAIN HUNG UP ON ME! This place is absolutely awful!!!!!!! I hope they are shut down for their negligence of people's vehicles. EVEN IF YOU ARE STUCK IN THE DESERT WITH NO WATER DOOOO NOOOOTTTT USE THEM!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS TOW COMPANY!!!! Last year in June my Honda was stolen. Riverside Sheriffs recovered it 2 days later and it was not drivable. Being that I live in Hemet and the car was found in Rubidoux, the officer offered to have my vehicle towed as a courtesy since I was the victim of a crime (even though I have AAA with free towing). Unfortunately the officer was misinformed and it was not a courtesy tow. Advanced Towing, after only having the car over night, demanded nearly $600 to get it back!!! There was more damage done to the car than it was even worth so I, in the presence of a sheriff, signed the pink slip over to them that very same day. This was in JUNE of 2016!!!! As of today, I am receiving parking tickets for this car that they either sold to a 3rd person or are using themselves but have failed to finish the required DMV documentation. I am furious. I have had to go to DMV 3 times now, paid for the DMV print outs, police and sheriff reports, and am still trying to get these tickets out of my name and off of my PERFECT driving record! These people are rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful to their customers. I tried to work with them in the beginning when I first began getting the notices of tickets but have been met with flat out awful individuals throughout the entire situation. Called Advanced Towing on Monday for a tow on Tuesday morning. They took my information (which I texted to them) and told me they would be at my house at 7:45 am. At 7:55 I called Advanced Towing and the guy told me he had no idea of my call. Said all the trucks were out and that he couldn't help me. I had an appointment at a repair shop 8:00am, which I was late. I found Advanced Towing to be discourteous and unprofessional. I contacted another tow company (Hermosillo Towing Service). Called in to USAA, they connected us to Advanced Towing after the first company had 1.5 hour wait time and cost almost $300 after the USAA paid fees... truck broke down in Norco and we live in Temecula... they set us up with these guys... called to get mileage price and estimated wait time... they were half our sooner and almost $100 less... but wait there's more... from the time I hung up with dispatch, the gentleman from the company was there in 20 mins or less...!!! I experienced a blown tire yesterday afternoon. Called AAA and they assigned this to Advanced Towing (since I was in their neighborhood). The tow truck operator was named Richard. He arrived after what seemed like a short period of time. Considering I called a 630pm, that was an accomplishment. If you know anything about traffic on the 91 at that time on a Friday night, you know a quick response is appreciated. Richard was FANTASTIC. He shook my hand, introduced himself, and got right to work. He even gave me a bottle of water. Once I arrived home I called AAA and gave them some feedback, but also wanted to do it here to. I had a great experience with the tow company, and their operator Richard. (however, the blown tire experience wasn't so great) I would gladly use them again, or hope AAA assigns me to them if I'm ever in need in that area. read more
