I was happy to see that they were open on Saturday when other shops weren't, especially with an impending ice storm approaching. I really needed my phone repaired ASAP. Sure enough, I was greeted with excellent customer service from the moment I walked through the door. Freddie assisted me with my phone. He was very knowledgeable & said that he would be right back in about 5 minutes. I couldn't believe that in roughly about that time, I was paying for my repaired iPhone. Initially I couldn't remember my password to get back into my iCloud account. He offered options to help restore it. Thankfully, I remembered once I got home. I took my working phone in to get the cracked screen replaced and left with a broken camera. They said it needs a micro solder repair, they don't do that, and to contact Verizon about warranty for my "software issue". I've spent countless hours driving to Verizon, calling a CSR and being transferred multiple times, doing troubleshooting, and eventually a factory reset. It's not Verizon's responsibility to warranty something Asurion (UBreakiFix retailer) broke. I'm at a loss and unable to capture precious moments of my baby while stuck in the middle of them pointing blame at each other. I reported this issue to Assurion's Customer Support and I'm told I'll be contacted within 24 hrs. I will never use this store again! The assistant, Thiago, was so determined to get a 5 star review that he took my phone and rated MY experience 5 stars and handed my phone back.
