I found this place on fb my husband brought his phone to be repaired....right after we leave the phone keeps cutting off battery keeps dying and so much more is wrong with the phone ! We bring the phone back all of a sudden the man saying oh now it's something wrong with the battery the phone and the battery was fine before we took it there it was just cracked ! DO NOT BRING ANYTHING HERE they will take your money and try to get you to come back to spend more money on something they messed up ! I called CyberMax to get prices to replace the screen on my iPhone SE. The staff answered promptly, answered my questions and had very reasonable pricing. I asked if I needed an appointment, was advised that walk in service is normal. The screen was in stock so I drove to CyberMax walked in at 4:58pm, was greeted, and advised my phone would be repaired and ready in 20 minutes. Quick repair. However the screen cracked again with a full case around it. I took it back a second time; again, quick repair and nice people. However the THIRD time it cracked, I took it to a different screen repair shop who informed me that the screen kept breaking because of the cheaper glass AND CyberMax had failed to replace a key part to keep water out from damaging my phone. read more

Wouldn't honor my groupon bc I needed an additional Service which I was willing to pay for. Merchant told me to cancel my Groupon and just pay him, seemed to want the money upfront rather than getting a percentage taken from Groupon. Shouldn't advertise your services on Groupon if you don't want the pay cut. I thoroughly read the Groupon. I know the glass was covered for an iPhone XR. Like I said I was willing to pay separately to fix the LCD but was denied. The owner is a snake. read more

If you get your phone fixed here, with the slightest drop or bump your screen will need to be replaced again because they obviously use VERY VERY CHEAP replacement parts. Do yourself a favor, pay a little more & get quality work done somewhere else. I brought my iphone X in after dropping it on concrete (3 years, 1st repair) Got it fixed and purchased a screen protector from here & placed it in a case. 3 days later The phone rolled off my couch onto the floor and shattered like it had been dropped from 20ft up...Groupons aren't always good, u get what u pay for. read more

Went to get my iphone screen fixed. Really nice staff. Only took 20mins to fix!! Unfortunately the new screen must have been defective so i went back a few days later with my receipt. He fixed it, no questions asked. Been recommending him to all family and friends. I have someone going to him today to fix their screen. Tip: Parking is a little rough. Park on the side of the building and not in front, otherwise you might accidentally back out into traffic. read more

This is a horrible company. This employee used my phone to play music while he was "fixing " replaced the screen but the screen protector that he applied was stuck to the glass causing the glass to break.
