The dentist breezed in for one minute and told me they did NOT do this work and they would have to refer me to someone else. He never even looked in my mouth. What? So I get the referral, called the referral dentist, and they don't do the work either. Casto's office just wanted the referral fee and WASTED MY TIME to do it. Never will I go to this office again. I am blasting this all over the internet. People need to know. Really a terrible mean thing to do to people. I will never pay a referral fee to this office. Even my dental insurance rejected their claim. They know.

Dr Casto is very calming and gentle, he did confirm i needed root canal and set to work on it, i felt absolutely nothing, and it was done in less than 30mins. My 72 year old dad had an e bike wreck and collided with another e-rider at 20 mph. He was banged…read moreup pretty good. He ended up in the ER at this hospital & we drove the 40 miles to get there. By the time I got there he was discharged and was wrapped up with gauze all over. The wounds had sand and gravel in them with blood on both knees, face, arms, & hands. He said that they never cleaned those areas. Just slapped gauze on them. I had to clean and re-wrap his injuries a few days later as they still had debris and was starting to look bad plus the injuries were still bleeding. The debris certainly could have caused infection. We are still watching it to make sure it heals properly. He is in a lot of pain still. I was told before I got there that this was not a decent hospital but was the closest at the time.

Felt they were efficient, knew what I needed and gave me a good start on my road to recovery. Fortunately I had great insurance at the time and my visits were covered. Fast forward to now (Feb. 2016) and I needed some more PT per my ortho surgeon to help strengthen my right hip to help with some pain management. There is now a new registered PT there, very nice and knowledgeable, but I'm having a problem with my insurance. My insurance company tells me one thing about my coverage and the office is getting a different answer from Florida Blue, which ends up having me pay an $85.00 copay for each visit which I could afford but do not feel is necessarily correct per my Florida Blue contact. Don't see any resolution here so may have to change to another PT, but they are so busy I don't think they really care one way or another...
