I walked in (no appointment needed) and signed in on the sign-up sheet. A woman that worked there told me to "just sit down and they'll call you". I started to sit and before I got onto the chair they called me in. It was maybe 3 minutes from top to bottom! The person drawing the blood (wish I remembered her name...) literally had a needle in my vein immediately and got the blood she needed. The whole visit took about 10 minutes max! If I was you I would avoid this so called hospital like the plague. I will be sure to never go here again. This is not a hospital so do not be fooled into thinking it is. If you have basic problems I am sure they can help, But anything remotely serous there is no way for them to help you. I must say again please do not go here unless you have no serious problems. For that appointment, I sent my updated insurance information by email, as they requested. Despite having 3.5 weeks to confirm, they called me 45 minutes before closing the day before my rescheduled appointment of time to say that, not only were they not able to confirm my insurance, but that my insurer told them I did not have an active plan (I do). Because the clinic called me less than an hour before closing, I was unable to connect with my insurer by phone to get the clinic confirmation. I ended up cancelling my appointment due to frustration and lack of any options provided by the most clinic's administrators. They would not allow me to bring proof of coverage to my appointment, a typical practice for any other reputable physician's office.
