I paid in full and did not use their finance option (However, from what I saw, that would have been an affordable deal as well). There was a very wide variety (Cars, Trucks, Vans, SUVs) to choose from. Their web sight was extremely helpful! I really liked that the prices are posted on the website as well as on the vehicles! I will most certainly return here for my next purchase! I read the bad reviews posted here, and I must say, these ARE used vehicles and they are very inexpensive. You should expect some issues, however, if you take your time, do your research, ask questions, LBSI is a great place for an affordable, good running vehicle. They answered my questions to the best of their knowledge. The expectation of getting a "cheap" car that runs like it just came off the factory floor is very unrealistic. Do your research. Ask Questions. LBSI is a very transparent business. Their vehicles are setting out, with prices CLEARLY marked on them. They let you know up front what they can and can't do. It's nice to deal with true, honest people.

My daughter saved her own money for a car I went here and bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze. By the time we got the car home it was smoking from under the hood and had no antifreeze in the car. So we put some in. She drove it for two weeks and she was on her way to school one morning and called scared because there was so much smoke coming from the car. Took it to get it looked at the shop said it has a warped head gasket and oil leaks. So when I bought the car Blair put a warranty with the price of the car. So the shop called and asked if this was covered and they said no that it wouldn't be coved because we ran the car hot and that's is NOT TRUE. Also when Blair did the mileage for the warranty he put down the wrong miles and now it says that we drove the car 800 miles I just bought the car on March 14, 2025. She didn't even have time to put that many miles on the car. I called Blair and talked to him and said there is nothing he can do but call the warranty and he did and said that I should call them too because it takes a few calls. This has been the WORST car buying experience I have ever had. And now my daughter is stuck with a car that she cant dive and out of $5,000.00... So PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.....

My fuel pump gave out on me on 119 and I managed to get it down to the Rt 40 exit, parked it at the…read moregas station on main next to the Rt 119 on ramp. B&B auto is less than a block away so I asked if they could bring it across the road and change the pump for me. They charged 40 dollars to carry the car about 200 feet to their shop and told me they would call on monday with the price for the pump. I received a call late Tuesday and was quoted 697.00 to change the pump, when I inquired about the price I was told that he would only do the job if I changed the entire fuel delivery system (350)as opposed to the pump only (65). The car has been garage kept and has no rust anywhere and less than 70,000 miles, The only reason to change the whole system is to make it easier on the mechanic. When i refused to pay for that much unnecessary parts and unwarranted labor charges (job only takes 20 min with the right tools) I was told to have my car out of his parking lot by 5, it was already 2:30. Left with no choice I had to pay them an additional 65 dollars to tow it 4 miles to my house. I should have just pushed it......
