It has holes in the emissions line, and the computer led lights had connection issues. The first day that I brought the car home the check engine light went off immediately. That was my first cause for concern. Then upon taking it to the dealership yes this all would've been covered under warranty however I'm not paying $46,000-18% APR rate for a car that has problems. Two weeks after I had the car, I was told that the deal wasn't ever even pushed through all the way. And that they needed a phone number from me for the bank to finalize the deal, and if I didn't provide that number to bring the car back...Well, I told them that they sold me a crappy car and Id do as they wish and return it.... Now they're keeping $500 of the $2000 that I put down as if I rented the car. I didn't rent a car from you people. I attempted to buy a car that you couldn't get sold all the way. The one I wanted was very specific as far as color and options and they were able to locate one and get it very quickly. I was treated very fairly with my trade in and couldn't be happier with our new car. The whole process was very smooth with no pressure. Shout out to our salesman Connor, Russell in finance, and Will Mansberry the General Sales Manager. Top notch experience and I will be referring any friends and family to come here because I know they'll be treated right. Thanks for the sweet ride!!!

Buyer beware: this dealership is shady, dishonest, and their shop is not thorough…read more Trip & condition at pickup -My wife and I drove 3.5 hours to purchase the vehicle. -At pickup it was not detailed well (visible dirt stains), and the engine bay was extremely dirty/dusty. -The shop did a subpar engine bay "cleaning" and only addressed the interior spots we pointed out (I found more when I got home, along with a sticky substance on the dash behind the screen) Drive home & problems discovered -We rented a one-way car to pick it up, so my wife drove the first leg home and I drove once it got dark. -On a straight highway I noticed a clear pull to the left. -Tire pressure was not at Toyota's recommended PSI. I corrected it, but the pull continued. Dealership response -I contacted the dealership and spoke with Sales Manager Will. He initially didn't want to help. -I explained this should have been caught during the 160-point inspection for Toyota Gold Certification. -Will eventually said they would reimburse an alignment up to $200 if done at a local dealer. Local dealer visit & tire damage -The local dealer confirmed the alignment was significantly off (they didn't print the measurements for me). -After that visit, my wife immediately noticed a loud noise. -I later found feathering on the outer edge of a tire that still has 9/32 of its original 10.1/32 tread depth (fairly new). -The feathering was likely caused by bad alignment and/or driving with low tire pressure--something I would have noticed during the test drive if the alignment and pressure had been correct from the start. Escalation -When I contacted Will again, he said my only option was to bring the vehicle back and trade it in. -I told him I planned to post an honest review of my experience. He said that if I posted a review, he wouldn't send the reimbursement he had already promised for the alignment. -I told him I would only be stating the truth about my experience. I lied and said I wouldn't post so I could receive the promised reimbursement. Now that I have it, I want others to know what to expect. Warranty misrepresented -My sales rep Jeff told me the vehicle had: ~Toyota Gold Certified 7-year/100,000-mile drivetrain warranty, and ~1-year/12,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty, starting on my purchase date. -After receiving the Toyota warranty card, I learned the coverage is only up to 100,000 total vehicle miles--something I missed in the contract--so I have nothing to fall back on for this issue. Bottom line -I will never do business with this dealership again. -If you buy a car here, be thorough and take your time making sure that it is in the condition that is expected.

During our outing on Saturday, my 4-wheel drive became damaged and stuck in gear. The next morning we would have to drive the 4 hours to get back home without fail, so we were in a panic. We weren't sure the truck was safe, or if it would make the trip back home in time for us to return to work on Monday morning. It was already very late, but we stopped at 3:30PM at Day's Centennial Chevrolet, and were greeted by Nate & Rick out front. We told them about our problem and our out-of-town status. They were very helpful and supportive, and took the time to investigate the problem with my 4-wheel drive, and (with my permission) try some simple techniques to fix the problem. They put us in contact with their manager John, who was also very supportive to us. He also inspected and drove the vehicle and attempted a quick resolution. Ultimately they decided the best thing to do was to have it put in the shop and have it repaired. Diagnostics showed we had a faulted sensor in the transfer case module. John took the extra step of calling down the road to the next Chevrolet dealership that he suspected might be open on a Sunday to complete the repair, but they would not be open. They advised us we could drive home safely, and we did! I was able to put my truck into the shop at my home dealership (who was open on Sunday and repaired my faulty transfer case module sensor and had me on my way in less than an hour). We wanted to thank John, Nate & Rick for their help and professionalism, and for standing behind the Chevy product and service commitment. We were very grateful. We would recommend Day's Centennial Chevrolet for those who are looking to business with Chevy. Great job guys, thank you!

Sales Manager tells me the car had a nano coating on the paint installed at the dealership and that it will cost extra since it's already on the car. I agree. Sales Manager and sales rep both let slip that the car is having the coating put on while I'm on the way to pick it up. I call them out on it during a phone call after the sale. Sales Manager denies that's what happened. When we are done he doesn't hang up his phone and I get to listen to him for the next 10 minutes tell someone else at the dealership how he lied to me because they wanted to make more on the car. During the call he tells his co-worker the General Manager, and I presume owner(he used their names) wanted to make more on the car and "what was he supposed to do". Confront Sales Manager and he eventually concedes he lied to me. Speak with General Manager and he tries to justify it before also conceding I was mistreated and lied to. No resolution beyond that. He emailed/texted me a sticker which showed it is a 2024 car with 3 miles on it. I wired the money to my parent's account, Tim started calling/texting me on the day when I said the money should be received. He told me if I am ok with a different color car, I told him I am not, he said the one he told me about was sold but he will get me the same one. He proceeded to call/text asking when will my parents pick up the car. My father went to pick up the car later on the same day and noticed that it had 270 mi on odometer. He was embarrassed to tell me about it. My mom though told me about it the next day. I phoned/texted Tim, telling him I did not agree to buy a car that had 270 mi/it has a different value, and that inspection sticker on this "new" car will expire in October (another words the dealership had this car since Oct and used it as a demo). He told me his manager will call me the next day. I asked him to either pick up this car and refund the money, to get another identical but new car, or give a discount as we did not purchase the new car that I agreed to. The manager, Jeff Varney, kept bullying me saying that the car my father got is the new. Essentially, the dealership, in their quest to get a "deal", sold my father, knowing that he would be embarrassed to bring it up, a car that was not new, for the price of the new one. The dishonesty and lack of ability to accept the fact that they have done anything wrong is very telling. You can extrapolate it to all of your dealings with this dealership as I am sure it will extend into all areas of their business.

I had seen their website during my online searches and found them while I was looking at places in Uniontown, Pa. I loved the car and when I test drove the vehicle it seemed to run fine. I was nervous about buying it on my own but the lady that sold me the car reassured me that if anything was wrong with the car or if I didn't like it, I could take it back within 30 days. Not even two weeks after I purchased the car, the front left brake caliper froze and completely wore down the brakes and rotors. The front brakes and rotors, the left brake line, and the front left brake caliper all had to be replaced. The car had to be towed back to the dealer because the car was unsafe to drive. Also, right when the tow truck showed up the car would not even start because the battery was completely dead. The car was fixed for free and brought back to me the next day. That made me think that they were good honest people after all. However, a week later I took the car to have an inspection because I live in WV and it had a Pennsylvania sticker on it from September. The car did not pass the inspection because the front passenger side wheel bearing was completely worn. The people at the repair shop told me that there was no way that they could have missed that when they changed the brakes and rotors, so obviously the mechanic at elite ignored this issue. I called Elite and spoke to the owner, I was very upset about the huge inconvenience that this vehicle has caused me. The owner acted as if he didn't believe that anything was wrong with it and that if he were to have it fixed we would have to do it their way or I could pay for it myself. Obviously their way was cutting corners or else this would have never been an issue! He tried to tell me that the car passed and inspection before it left the dealer and that it met all of the requirements of Pennsylvania law, which is a lie because there is no way Pennsylvania would have passed the vehicle at that time because of the wheel bearing. They are more strict than WV! He tried to tell me that it was too soon for a real state inspection because the sticker did not expire until September, I call BS. I told him that the woman that sold me the car told me I had 30 days to bring the car back if I was unhappy and he said that was a lie and he did not believe that she told me that, but I have a witness! After arguing with the owner on the phone, he hung up on me! Very unprofessional! I will never do business through them again and I will warn everyone of how corrupt they are! I've had to miss class and work repeatedly due to these issues and I am very angry and disappointed with how all of this turned out.

We took it to a local mechanic rather than driving it 20 miles back to Grafton. The repair cost $500, and despite having a 90-day 50/50 "warranty," they did not cover any of the cost. When we purchased the vehicle, it didn't have a spare tire. They told us if we brought it back to them, they'd get rid of the spare tire carrier underneath the van (that we won't be using) and finish the undercoating they'd started, and we could pick it up the next day. When we were told it wouldn't be finished when promised, we decided to just go ahead and get our van back. We DID receive a spare tire and a rim, but the tire is not mounted on the rim, so now we have an additional expense and inconvenience.
