When I wod call and ask about my boat the owner would be indignant about rushing him!!! Rushing him - he had my boat for nearly 5 months and no way for me to get it back. When they finally brought my boat back the gears they installed in my lower unit didn't work!!! We had to pull the lower unit off and reinstall the damn gears right they're at the boat launch - with me helping for 3 hours. They're lost - AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!! Went with a friend to look at a used pontoon boat. Turns out a spark plug fouled (from winterization) but otherwise everything went fine. He towed it back, detailed the boat, changed all the spark plugs, triple checked the operation of everything. And I mean everything. He went back to the lake for a second time (Dan wants to make sure everything is perfect). Dan and his team went far above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly and we left happy. Delivered, cleaned, and ready to go.
