She contacted septis and almost died. Her kidneys, and liver shut down and she had a heart attack. She was given a 5% chance of survival but she recovered. Then Day did the second surgery on her other breast. He butchered her. She does not like to be seen naked. She would not let me sue him. She was too embarased to be seen. Ended up calling 911 and spent 20 days in the hospital. Basically went septic. Glad to be alive. Had 6 surgeries in about 12 days to clean me up. Woke up from my emergency department surgery with a colonoscopy bag. Original surgery cost me $14k. Besides the cost of almost my life; $5k in expenses while in the hospital; haven't even begin to get all my hospital bills. Have a deformed side, lack of feeling in my lower back. Over all nice Dr. and beautiful office. Wasn't offered any compensation for my surgery. Suffering from pain and financial stress. Loss of work.. hundreds of miles and hours to numerous doctors appointments. Future surgery early 2024 to fix my colon. Just a sad situation. The surgeon had a bad shoulder and he himself needed surgery the day after performing my surgery. Would have been nice to have been aware of the surgeon's condition. So bummed at this outcome. Just make sure your doctors are fit for surgery and they EXPLAIN all the possible complications in detail. (They say in writing that they do) but they don't. Be your own advocate. Good luck.

But Dr. M persuaded me to get a facelift after that…read more The paperwork that I signed in advance stated clearly that if I changed my mind, I would not get my $4,000+ deposit back, so that was my bad for not mulling my decision longer. However, I gave him six weeks notice that I'd changed my mind -- a friend convinced me that general anesthesia is dangerous, so don't do it unless medically needed -- but Dr. M wouldn't refund my down payment. I wasn't too surprised, since I'd signed that disclaimer and I understand needing time to book other clients in that time, but with THAT much notice I knew he could've book another client where I'd canceled. I later checked to see if the day and time my procedure had been canceled had been re-booked by someone else, and it had. So ... he's just greedy. If he cared about repeat customers and quality customer service, he would've refund my down payment. Because of this I'll go elsewhere for future laser and ANY other cosmetic surgery needs. He's quite arrogant (as other reviewers note) AND greedy -- a real deal killer.
