I reached out to Advantage Furniture for a quote to rent for 4 months. Was told they deliver to the Park City area and to send an email to Ashley. Never heard from Ashley so I followed up and she said oh you are the one in Hideout Utah, we don't deliver there. Here is my experience: 1) They are a little sketchy... but not too bad 2) They do have great prices. 2) The sales staff is good, though understaffed. 3) The owner/manager (female) was mean, rude, and NOT customer service oriented. 4) They went back on their word at the last moment and tried to charge us an extra $130... we walked away 5) we purchased the same thing - price matched from another retailer of the exact same product - from a more reputable retailer (yes, you can find all the same furniture at other places) - and again, price match! Conclusion: shop there for the price, buy there if you want; OR, decide on the specific furniture you want and then buy from a retailer with better management. We did exactly this and bought exactly what we wanted for $70 less than the price they were asking. The benefit: 5 years extra coverage at no charge from, kind manager to work with, zero sketchiness. read more

I purchased 2 microfiber couches. 2 accent chairs. A coffee table and 2 end tables a year ago. One word describes the quality. JUNK. Also, unless they deliver, there is no warranty. When they do deliver their warranty is minimal. The fabric on the chairs has pulled up and has snags everywhere, the frame on couches and chairs sounds like a creaky rocking chair to sit in. The back on one of the chairs feels like it is broken. One year old!!! Pay the money. Go somewhere with a warranty that has a reputation of being honored. They close at 4 PM. That's when the traffic is horrid! It would be great if they can open at 2PM and close at 8 PM instead. Horrible service. I paid to have my furniture delivered. delivered to the wrong address. When I called to ask them to bring it to the correct address 15 minutes away they refused and told me this was my wife's fault for writing down the wrong address. I offered to pay them extra to drive it over to my home, they refused. they left it there at this random address for me to have to go find and pick up myself. Dont shop here! read more

Third time I've bought furniture from Advantage and I have only great things to say. Having found myself single years ago with nothing to furnish an apartment I stumbled into Advantage. I explained to the owner what I needed and in short order she had me set up with everything I needed for a one-bedroom apartment. She even taught me about aesthetics like contrast and color schemes. I've since bought a condo and needed additional stuff. Prices for this very lightly used furniture (rented short-term by professionals at area corporate lodgings) is very fair. Way cheaper than major retailers like Ashley and RC Willey. Always friendly service at the warehouse to make purchase. Next-day delivery by funny and competent brothers Josh and Jon. Hopefully I now have the furniture I need, but if I should need more in the future I'll be back. Stop by and take a look. I don't think you'll be disappointed. read more

This place looks kind of sketchy from the outside, and I found them through an ad on KSL so I wasn't too confident that they would have great stuff when I drove the 45 minutes to check them out. But WOW what an awesome store. They have some great couches (that's what we were looking for), as well as artwork, dining tables, bookshelves, desks, chairs, etc. And the prices are awesome. The floor manager told us our couch was from Ashley Furniture and had a 1 year warranty, and it was so nice and a great price, much lower than any other furniture store we looked at. The whole place was run by a super nice family. They loaded up our 2-piece couch really securely, taking special care that the rope didn't touch the leather. We were really happy with our purchase and our experience here. They aren't open for very many hours though so you'll just have to work around it. read more

Final sales in this store are a bad invstement especially with how their delivery handles the sofas and loveseats. A month ago I purchased a loveseat and sofa and I recieved it ripped up from the delivery workers. I tried contacting the store and they wouldn't help me out after I recieved it. Not only did I recieve a ripped up sofa but the vice president of the company Ashley Belanger told me I would have to pay 300 dollars for a small rip her delivery workers made on the furniture I purchased. The customer service is horrendous after you purchase here they won't help you at all. Even though the reviews here say they recieved help from the store, I did not. I hope the owners see this review and address the problem. Save yourself time and buy somewhere else. read more

When I met Colton, he not only wasn't pushy, but was by far the most helpful person I'd encountered on my furniture journey. He helped me find an incredible couch set. It arrived today courtesy of Josh and Jon who were equally helpful. They had to maneuver through a pretty unique set of obstacles to deliver the couch, and I couldn't be happier with how well they treated the couch, and my soon to be delivered loveseat! read more

A friend recommended Advantage. After 6 years of living a nomadic lifestyle I was ready to once again settle here in SaltLake. I had not a stick of furniture. The minute I walked in Carol, the owner welcomed me. I was free to roam and look about at will, no pressure but she checked in to answer questions. I returned the next day, decisions made. A couch (with 2 built in recliners), scotch guard protected, an ottoman, a gorgeous dining set seating 6 and a beautiful dresser with six drawers. All of this and two fabulous delivery guys who came on time and were courteous, professional and personable for only $500.00 more than the single couch I was considering at R.C Wiley! They are family owned and made me feel like part of the family. When shopping for Furniture- make this your first stop because it'll possibly be your only stop. They had some good selections. We bought a really nice sectional that was made by Ashley Furniture at a really great price. We bought an ottoman to go with it. The salesman told us they had a few in stock. Come to find out they didn't have any in stock. The salesman offered us the showroom model; which we declined. We paid for a new one so that's what we wanted. We were told it would take 7-10 business days to receive. It actually took over a month for us to receive the ottoman and my husband had to call them every week until it arrived. I would rate their customer service as 3 stars, but I still gave them 4 stars because they do have good deals. read more
