This home goods is on the smaller side. It's attached to the Sandy mall, right next to Round1. We were there for pillows and a throw blanket and were able to find them for a decent price. $29 for two really soft couch pillows and $25 for a super nice and soft throw blanket. This store is a lot of fun! They have all kinds of random stuff for you home! From decorative items, to kitchenware, furniture, random knicknacks and just so much more! It's very easy to go in not planning to buy anything, and leaving with a cart full of interesting things. The only reason I give 4 stars is the each time I've ever gone, it's typically pretty messy and hard to get through the isles because there is so much stuff in the way read more

It's HomeGoods, so you know what to expect. Here's how it differs from the standard: This store is smaller than most, but I did not feel like selection suffered from that, except in furniture or rug stock. I'm a clearance gal, and theirs was pretty decent (not all in one area, it is interspersed throughout). Complaints: First, parking is ridiculously limited, especially considering this also serves as an entrance to the mall. I guess they just plopped the store down over the parking lot, but didn't bother to try to create additional spaces. Second, there were no shopping baskets, only carts: Dumb, considering this location is not very large, and particularly frustrating given their narrow aisles. Last, there are only two cash registers, and when I most recently visited, only one was open, even with a substantial line. I do not entirely blame the store for the line, as it was mostly due to a customer who requested the cashier call several sister sites to locate some specific plates, but the wait would have been significantly reduced if both registers had been open (OR if there were more than two dang registers to begin with!). I am a frequent HomeGoods shopper, but the Murray location beats this one without question, plus there's the joint store attached to TJMaxx in Brickyard if you need another alternative. I'm sure I'll return, but I would choose either of those first, prior to seeking out this Sandy spot. read more

Big new location in South town mall. This is a huge store with rows and rows of home decor. Good quality merchandise at a discounted price. I did a quick walk through, there is a small section of furniture and a smaller section of world foods. Two entrances with cash registers at both doors. read more

Every time I go in that store (unlike the awesome customer service in Harriman) the employees (several ) are not friendly, nor do they speak with a cordial tone of voice. I am a disruption while they're talking at the service checkout. (Especially the older ladies) I'm always hoping when I go in that store I will get a good customer service clerk. Please look in to this poor service. read more

I absolutely love HomeGoods. I love HomeGoods so much, I am a cardholder of their credit card. I don't have any other department store credit cards so I feel that this really does say something. Whenever I want something cute for my house, especially a seasonal item. HomeGoods is the first place I will go to. I go to all different HomeGoods in Utah and do think they vary a lot, especially between layout and selection. This HomeGoods is unlike any other HomeGoods I have been to however. Technically speaking, I was able to find what I needed and get checked out. I liked a lot of the stuff in the store but one thing just absolutely shook me to my core. I am not claustrophobic, but their layout is really confusing and compact. Things are way to close together and it is hard to have a pleasant shopping experience when you are having to squeeze through the aisles. It is also easy to get lost in this store--it is so compact that the bedding and bath and lighting and everything is just kind of fused together. The checkout seems oddly tucked away in a corner instead of being by the exit of the store like all other locations. I get that it is in a mall and I don't necessarily think it is anyone's fault--they needed to make do with the space that they had...but it is not very comfortable being in this specific home goods. Maybe I just came in at a bad time, but it was so kramed that a customer knocked something over and broke glass while I was in there. You have to tiptoe and squeeze around this location. As mentioned, they do still have a good selection of items and I was able to find what I needed so there was no issues there. It is in a convenient location, which is always a perk! read more

It's all here: The gourmet foodstuffs, the dining ware, the glassware, the gardeny decor, the pillows, the rugs, kitchen ware (from the budget-conscious to the Le Creuset), the pots and pans, the furniture, the mirrors, the bedding, the bath-ing, the lighting, the window treatments, and stuff for storage and the home office. I'm not a HomeGoods aficionado, but there are two things new to me: Special sections for pets called "The Pet Shop" and for the little ones called "Kid Town." Great selection, great prices, and helpful employees. This is a larger Home Goods that is located inside the mall. It does have a mall entrance and another exterior entrance separate from the mall. The store stays open a half hour after the mall closes. I have been able to find what I am looking for almost every time at this location. Recently with the pandemic, less people have been shopping in person so the store has had so much inventory marked down for clearance. I was able to purchase a Green Pan for $13 on my most recent visit. I went there in a mission to get new pans. The selection of variety wasn't huge for pans since many of them were the same size and brands. An employee was the one who told me to check out the clearance pan section since it was not located with the pans, but on a different aisle. I appreciated the employee sharing this information with me since I got to score such a great deal on a Green Pan. I will definitely be back to this location. read more

A little slow during holiday shopping. Only one cashier which made the checkout much longer than it should be. Good selection of items.

I tried returning two items. I had the receipt but didn't have the card that the items were purchased on. The first two people to help me didn't know that store policy doesn't allow for customers to receive cash back if a customer has the receipt but purchased the items with a credit card. The manager then came to help and said that I could only get store credit for the items despite having the receipt. I asked why the policy is that way. The manager laughed at me while saying "that's just our policy". "Just our policy" doesn't help me as a customer understand why I can't get my money back for an item that I no longer want. Train your managers and employees on WHAT your policy actually is and WHY it is that way. Very poor customer service. I left without purchasing the items I was planning on buying after my returns and will most likely make those purchases else where. read more

Emily & Kylee are so amazing. I have been looking at blue velvet couches online for quite some time and it was the first thing I saw when I walked into the store last night. I had then put it on hold for two hours and came back to see if I could put a deposit to hooks it until the morning. Unfortunately that's not the policy, however they held it until the store closed so I could come back and purchase it this morning. HG is my favorite store but this is now my favorite location for the employees! read more
