Jim is very thorough and does an excellent job putting things in perspective for the buyers. I recommend him to all my clients.

I would not recommend Mr. Boston for a home inspection. Since my inspection there have been several large obvious things which I have had to pay to fix since he did not note them prior to my closing. These things, such as deck posts being in the ground and not in concrete as required, should have been no brainers for an inspection report. His not noting them has cost me thousands of dollars and a suggestion from my landscaper of suing him for the money. I am the least litigious person on the planet but have to admit I considered it very strongly. read more
