We were quoted on the phone $110.00 total for 2 rekeying and service charge of $80.00. Well, the tech had to leave to go to Menards to pick up something. 30-35 minutes later, he changed the locks then charged $190.00 instead of $110. When I told him we were quoted $110, he said that the additional $80.00 is for labor. We made sure that when we called to schedule the appointment, there were no other fees. Then the tech wanted to charge me $18.00 for rekey kit, which only cost $11.00 at Walmart. Seriously! Do not trust them. By the way the tech showed up after 4pm for the job. Call another company.
