No emergency tech was available on Sunday, at this time. He quoted the service call fee over the phone ( way more reasonable than the other two plumbing services I called, prior to calling KC services...One place had been sold with a new number...never answered, and the 2nd one called back hours later). The KC dispatcher said a text would be sent to notify us that the plumber would arrive in 15 min from the time of the text. Sure enough it did, shortly after 8am on Monday. Along with the text, a bio of the plumber arrived, with a photo. This was very helpful and greatly appreciated. Our plumber was Roody, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He arrived in the company's van with all parts available for what we needed. He checked out the problem and gave us two scenarios with two quotes. Fortunately, it was the easier fix and lesser fee. His service was quick, left the area clean. I highly recommend this plumbing service to all in the area.

If there was a lower rating than 1 I would give Logan Services a lower than 1 rating. I'd avoid this entity above all.

Our furnace was broken, and he tried to fix it first by seeing if the issue was with the capacitor. When that didn't work he found out it was the motor. Instead of getting a new motor for our system, which was pretty expensive, he instead suggested we replace the furnace. Only because the cost of a new one was a little bit more than the cost of an motor. Also, the furnace was almost 20 years old. Every time he's come over, he was exactly on time. While I was at work the technician convinced my Mother that a 24 dollar part replacement would cost 450$ and on top of that charged a diagnostic fee and service call fee. Though my mom thought he quoted her 40 something dollars for the part. On top of that it took him 1hour and 20 mins or so to replace the part with a generic ignitor which required 2 little screws and 2 wire nuts to replace. The owner pretends to be caring but they only care about their bottom line. Don't use this company unless you like getting ripped off. He tried to justify it by saying since his techs carry the part on hand even though it's a 15 dollar knock off that doesn't even bolt down correctly. Funny thing, customer service and Gm refused to settle for a 200 dollar refund and so I asked for them to come and remove the part and refund my money to which the Gm said that's gonna cost them more money to do that! It's still under warranty, he ordered the parts and charged me for them, saying I would be reimbursed from the company after the install. It has cost me $2,600 at this point, and it's still not fixed as of 8/18, and I haven't heard from them in a week. They've been routinely unreliable, setting up dates to come out for install and then not showing up or communicating. Do not use them if you have any other option.
