On the day of closing my father suffered a medical emergency where he had to have open heart surgery. I explained my situation but again she called her "Good arbitrator friend" who threaten monetary sanctions against me if i didn't sign the documents. I would not be the least bit surprised if she(Maria)was or is giving monetary kickbacks to her friend. Please do not use her services especially if they come by way of her good attorney friend.
