Now this trailer was a homemade job and couldn't be fitted with just any old rim and being Memorial Day, it was tricky. Tyrell researched it out and called us right back. That 15 minutes seemed like forever, but trust me dear reader, it was quick. Tyrell found what we needed. Came and picked up the rim, took it for a new tire and came back and helped Tim put it back on. He stayed in touch about his progress along the way. When you're stranded and feeling helpless, those contacts made a big difference on our stress level. We felt quite honored to have had been helped by this sweet and effective gentleman and the price was more than reasonable. If you ever have the misfortune to be stuck on the road in his area, you'll be in good hands if you call Terrell to be your hero. He was certainly ours and we thank him.
