This is the sign at patient parking, just in case you don't believe!!

This was really a great experience. I came here for a radiology appointment. From the beginning everyone I dealt with on the phone and in person was pleasant and helpful. No grumpiness! Danielle at the desk was so sweet. The building is very nice. Appts were on time. I was in and out with two procedures done in about an hour! Parking is a breeze! There is valet parking in the building. It's free when connected to your appt and phone number, so bring your phone! The guys in valet were extremely professional and courteous. I felt like I was leaving a spa at a Miami resort!! Good times! Close to home and I can drive there! Excellent!!

The rude woman at the front desk.

The woman who works at them front desk named Laura is extremely rude. She doesn't know how to talk to people. I witnessed her on the phone with someone as well and it horrible to watch. I work in customer service and this is one of the worst experiences i've ever had especially in a Dr's office. They should put her in this back and not allow her to be in the front greeting and assisting patients. I only rated a 1 star because of her I actually love the Dr's here.

This doctor office on the 6 floor sucks. They are ghetto. They are not accommodating and they would rather you die.

She had not prepared for our appointment, but the team called me 30 mins before the appointment to ask if my insurance was valid (this was a follow up 10 days from the first appointment). You'd think they would want to make sure everything was ready. The doctor didn't know what she was talking about and told me essentially to come back if my numbers are in the diabetic range. Not interested in prevention only the cure where money can be made. When I got a bill from them in December, I was wondering how the amount made sense. I called my insurance and learned they didn't even bill for the follow up yet someone had asked my credit card number for the copay. So the insurance company had to call them to get it billed on my behalf. They are now sending me a bill still that is incorrect. Thankfully I didn't pay in cash but used my card and have a documented receipt. Because they are claiming I owe them copays that I've clearly already paid.

Bottom line - this place is a health risk and a fraud. Don't go here.

Be careful making an appointment or expecting to be able to get tested at CareCube locations…read more I made an appointment (several days in advance) to get tested at their 153 7th Ave (Park Slope) location, to get a PCR test for Covid, only to find when I showed up at the scheduled time, the location was entirely closed. I called the location's phone number several times, got no answer. Called the central CareCube phone number and was told that appointments are optional; yeah, that's not how appointments are supposed to work. Optional or no, when a customer / patient makes an appointment, that's supposed to mean that they can expect the staff to be there, open, staffed, and ready for them. I made this appointment for 11am on a Monday, needing a PCR test within 72 hrs before my flight to Tokyo. If I hadn't been able to get tested that day, because of this nonsense with the location being unexpectedly closed, my entire travel plans could have been ruined. Thankfully I was able to get tested at the 408 7th Ave location, where staff were kind and professional and everything went smoothly. But the attitude of the staff member on the phone, making only excuses and no apologies for an entire location being closed when I had made an appointment specifically, explicitly, to go there at that time to get tested, is unbelievable. I would not rely on them again.
