Based on their highly recommendation, we hired their preferred contractor (Ridgeline Construction), and it turned into one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences our family has ever endured. we expected him to remain involved throughout the rebuilding process, particularly after recommending Ridgeline Construction Corporation. The reconstruction was plagued by excessive delays, poor project management, lack of communication, substandard workmanship, and unacceptable job-site conditions. We were often left chasing updates, decisions were made without our input, mistakes required repeated corrections, and the project took far longer than it should have. Large piles of construction debris remained in our driveway for approximately six months. The condition became such an eyesore that neighbors began complaining. There were serious sanitation issues at the job site. No portable restroom was ever provided for the workers. Initially, after the new drain system was installed, workers brought their own toilet to the property. Because there was no water hookup available, they filled buckets with water from the old hot water heater and boiler to manually flush the toilet. Once our new toilets were installed, workers began using those brand-new fixtures to urinate and move their bowels before we had ever occupied the home. We found this to be completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. The home was left filthy. No final cleaning was performed before our scheduled move-in date. We were forced to spend considerable time cleaning the home ourselves before we could move back in. Once we were able to move in, we continued to discover construction defects only weeks after moving back in. What disappointed us most was that once the contractor was hired, Gibson & Associates appeared to step away from the process and not being involved. Gibson never came to the house to see what his recommended contractor was doing. Their recommendation carried significant weight in our decision, yet there was little oversight or advocacy from Gibson & Associates when serious problems arose. When we tried to communicate with Gibson & Associates all we received were excuses. After experiencing months of unnecessary stress during an already devastating time, I cannot recommend Gibson & Associates. If you hire a public adjuster, make sure they remain actively involved from start to finish--not just until a contractor is selected. considerable stress that could have been minimized through stronger oversight and accountability from Gibson & Associates. This experience has left us extremely disappointed in both Gibson & Associates and his contractor. The level of service we received from Gibson & Associates has been horrible.

When I first met Brian the scene was totally chaotic between the damage, the remediation process, and the mess of navigating through remediation and insurance and still trying to do business. Brian has been a cool head, very experienced - and ethical - to guide us through an intense process that was new to us, all for fair compensation. I totally recommend him and his firm, without qualification or reservation.
