I went here after work with horrible back pain where I could barely walk. I've had a herniated disc in the past and it felt similar to that pain. I waited for almost 3 hours to be seen and the doctor did not have good bedside manner. He was in my room less than 5 minutes, didn't ask me to stand or walk and didn't even do an assessment. He also didn't offer any kind of imaging or scan. He prescribed me Ativan and claimed it would help me to sleep/relax. I had to advocate for myself to get a tramadol shot and muscle relaxers that were safe to use while working like Robaxin which he didn't offer or suggest. The nurse had to then go back to find him and ask the doctor if that was ok because I was crying in pain and he was trying to discharge me. He already sent my prescription, which I believe was unnecessary to prescribe someone a benzodiazepine when there are other medications more suited for back pain that are not a controlled substance. No education was provided on how many to take/when or what potential side effects can be which can be dangerous to patients who may not know about the drug. Nation wide there is an opioid and benzo crisis and it is because of doctors like that who are prescribing things inappropriately. Ativan is more commonly given for anxiety or sedation. It was during shift change around 7pm and the nurse made a comment I'm surprised the new doctor didn't come see you yet which made me frustrated that there was another doctor free that could have seen me. I understand it is also an ER/Urgent care and there were probably other patients who were in critical condition but it would be nice to get some communication instead of wondering if they forgot about you. I am a nurse myself and have been 10 years, and work with Advent Health so was wanting to go somewhere in the same organization. If I ever have any medical needs in the future I will not be returning here. My insurance was billed incorrectly, as an ER visit so I had to make several calls to correct that. They also did not update my address on file when I asked. I had to take care of that on the back end. If you're needing medical assistance I'd recommend going to the urgent care across the street or to the ER. read more

This urgent care is the closest to my house and even though every experience is bad in different ways, i continued to try them again hoping for something different. I need to agree to the 3 strikes you're out and never go there again. Experience 1, stomach ache and nausea that wasn't going away. they diagnosed i needed my gallbladder removed. They helped me find a place and scheduled an appointment. I decided to go to my regular doctor and get a second opinion. He didn't see anything wrong with my gallbladder and helped me treat without surgery. Experience 2, Issue not important for this, but basically they drew blood and this was then sent to my doctor. The blood results appeared as though i had blood disease as the white cells were too low. apparently this can happen if the blood is left out too long. Thankfully my regular doctor took a sample, rushed this and found everything was fine. Carelessness to say the least. Experience 3, Was fighting a cold, brought my mom in and decided to just get checked out to see if i needed anything extra to help fight. They took my stats, temp, blood pressure, etc. said everything is fine, normal cold. in and out maybe 10 minutes (no joke) and get the bill for 'emergency room' plus looking through the details, they acted as though i had every specialist in the room. Everyone needed extra money to take my temp clearly... a bit of fighting and then giving in and calling it quits. I'd like to say something positive... Perhaps some of the staff was pleasant...?? I just can't see this place is a dependable health care option. It's newer, top line equipment, but don't trust the results. I try to be sensitive to this type of work. I understand they work on emerencies and 'accidents happen...' but you must do better in this line of work. read more

My parents went yesterday to see a doc about stomach pain. Half an hour to get to a room. 3.5 HOURS WAITING to see the doc and still no doc. They finally left. This is a horrific facility. read more

I should have read reviews before going. On the plus side this experience is pushing to get a PCP and never use any Centura facility in the future. Any need I have from Centura could easily be handled by any "Dr" you choose to be your Primary Care Physician. Lesson Learned. If you have insurance just get a PCP and never waste money on anything like this. If you want incredibly expensive COVID and flu test, please pay them a visit because thats will what you will get here. It made me feel a bit better that another review said the same. But worse when I realized I should have checked yelp before decided to wait around. read more

This clinic is an amazing 24/7 state of the art urgent care facility with emergency room drs, nurses, staff, all the technology, labs and equipment needed for trauma or immediate medical care to handle large crowds. It runs like a very efficient emergency room. It's like a small version of a top notch hospital. Waking up with a sinus infection over the weekend, after wrestling a cold for two weeks, is not fun. All the urgent care centers in town were booked up for three days and you cannot just walk in without a pre scheduled on-line booked appointment. However at this facility, you just walk in. Dr Holley was wonderfully understanding, knowledgeable, and after we discussed which antibiotics I should take, I was quickly processed with a prescription in my hand, and was sent over to the Walgreens next door. And the pharmacist at the Walgreens next door is also very helpful and professional too. Good to Know they are open round the clock for emergency liver panels, breathing problems, high fevers. read more

Staff is friendly enough, however I waited over 2.5 hours, saw the doctor for less than a minute and had no solutions oriented care. It took them almost three hours to see me and run a strep, Covid, and flu test and that's all they did. read more

When I came to Denver from Pueblo and went to this place I was assuming I'd get a doctor but I didn't I got a nurse practitioner and I would have much preferred getting a doctor I just called in today to tell them that I have a severe allergy flare up and that the over-the-county medicines I've been taking have not been working and I was wanting to get a prescription called in but I'm told the nurse practitioner is off today and there's nobody that can step in and take over for her when she's not here so I have to wait till Monday that's unacceptable and this is why nurse practitioners don't work versus doctors you need a doctor to talk to someone that knows what they're doing someone that can get back to you and help you in a timely fashion when you have a health crisis I was told that I can go to the ER if I want to and rack up what a $3,000 bill because no one can get back to me or call in a simple prescription unbelievable. read more
