This is the text I received.

I have tried to get a COVID test for 2 days now! I made an appointment online at the centennial office as I was unable to complete a place in line with Lonetree after an hour because the website kept glitching! The appointment was at 11:45am yesterday. Finally got a call at 2:45pm and was told since I didn't have symptoms it takes longer. I explained that I do have symptoms but was now unable to come in. I was told by that receptionist that she had placed an appointment in their system with the Lonetree location at 11am today!! It is now 45 minutes past 11 and I have tried to call them unsuccessfully as usual! I am a 52yr old woman with scar tissue in my lungs from a massive embolism and have mild asthma! I have been exposed by 2 different people in the last week and have had a severe headache, achy neck and a raspy throat for a couple of days! It is pretty sad that I cannot get someone to pick up a phone and call me to determine if I should be checked! Guess this virus isn't as serious to them as they say!! I would give them a 0 if this would let me!! Over trying!!!!! *update* was texted a link to an app called spruce. No phone call. Took me a minute to figure out what is for! Went through download and sign up process and link does not work!! Icing on top of the cake!!!

We immediately contacted our insurer, who confirmed that the billing category was incorrect and that a correction was required. The insurance company is still pending the correction, and we have been asked to pay the full amount out of pocket. I will file a formal complaint with the COInsurance Commission To my opinion they do this on purpose to charge people more like Healthcare is not already expensive. **If you're treated at this clinic:** 1. Verify the billing category before signing any paperwork. 2. Ask the front desk or provider to confirm that you are there for urgent care (not emergency) which we did and didnt help 3. Keep copies of all documents (claim, statements, emails). I wanted to share this experience so you can avoid a similar billing mistake.

They were more focused on outside factors such of age, felt like race and time of day and seemed upset about it being so late. The ONLY person nice there was the lady who took him to get his X-ray and cat scans. With having a concussion my boyfriend left more upset about the way he was treated during our time there than anything. WOULD NEVER recommend advent health to anyone.

Once I was done Mrs. Tina walked me over to the surgery waiting area and Mrs. Dense let them know I was ready. I waited maybe about 15 mins before Sarah came and got me. She took my vitals and got me situated for the surgery . Dr. Chae came and let me know we would start around 10:30am. He is always upbeat and chipper. The anesthesiologist Dr. Weddle came in and explained what she was going to be doing durning surgery. She was very explanatory and nice. Her assistant came in and let me know what she will be doing as well. She was nice and friendly. They set me up with the prep... meaning they had already put some of the anesthesia in my IV so I felt myself fading. I woke up in recovery and the nurse I had was so nice and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable until my room was ready. When I made it to my room Rielly was my nurse and they were getting ready for upcoming shift change. She was very nice and attentive. Later on that evening; I had David as a nurse and Nyosha as my CNA.. when I tell you they both went above and beyond with my care. I have no complaints. David was very chilled and laid back. I love how attentive to my pain and over care for getting better to be prepared for home. He said on schedule with my meds and helped manage my pain very well. I didn't have to call him for anything because he was already 2 steps ahead. Nyosha made sure I was very comfortable and had all that I needed.. she stayed on top of me staying hydrated and kept me comfortable. Erica from nutrition was amazing. They made sure everything was good and on time.. so my husband ordering a guest plate was more than enough. He loved all the dishes he ordered durning my stay. The staff was very polite and super friendly. When the shift came in the morning, I had Celine the nurse and Fudy was my CNA. They were a great team as well. They had taken care of all my needs durning the morning. I had to stay one more night just to be on the safe side. I had Angelina my nurse and Alexa was the CNA. They worked so well together. They made sure I was comfortable and managed my pain. I was have some abdominal cramping and Angelina bought me some heating packs. What a life saver. They felt so good and warm that it help my tummy. Housekeeping was great. She was very nice and sweet. She cleaned my room both times while I was there. She was very attentive to detail and just very humbled. Everyone was extremely helpful and I do recommend them to family and friends.

I found a cafeteria in the basement and it didnt look good, but I was tired and hungry so I gave it a chance. The food was very limited, but I found a "pulled pork" sausage, some mac and cheese that looked like it came from a box you would find in the dollar store and some brown coleslaw. Needless to say that it all looked and tasted terrible and I soon found myself having stomach pains and rushing to a bathroom. Never again!

I recently moved from Highlands Ranch and live an hour away from the clinic now, but I love my…read moredoctor and I have been extremely impressed by how well this clinic has run. I happened to be checking the traffic, because I need to make the drive there today and saw the recent reviews. I was shocked and felt inclined to post my experience. First of all I have a very complicated medical condition that I have been living with for most of my life (I'm 46 yrs), so I have seen a lot of doctors and been to many clinics over the years. I had a new and bizarre complication and no one was helping me, that's when I first came here. I have also worked in medicine since age 14, doing every position ranging from volunteer to receptionist, office manager to provider. I had never seen a clinic that ran as smoothly and as well as this one! And it's the reason that I make the drive still today. I have noticed some staff turnover lately and that happens in every clinic. It takes a little time for new employees to get to know the patients and get proficient with the policies and procedures, I can't imagine leaving the care of my doctor because of a one mishap. Although I can understand when there's something more important that goes wrong, it's important to discuss it with the office manager. Otherwise, they don't have the opportunity to make it right with their patient(s) or implement a needed change. I'm wondering how many authors of negative reviews actually did discuss the problem with the manager before posting a negative review? Was it one mishap and you left the great care that you had been receiving for years? And perhaps the rudeness that reviewers are referring to could have been a new employee-trying to learn a new job (we all know how difficult that can be) and their nervousness and being frazzled came across as rudeness-mistakenly? Misunderstandings do happen, especially when you don't feel well or you're concerned about your health. All that I can say is that this has been the one clinic that has always really tried to help me-without judgement and if anything slipped through the cracks (only once in nearly 4 years of treatment and the only time I needed to call to follow up), it was handled immediately, professionally and with complete sincerity. I couldn't ask for a better primary care physician or clinic! I'm very grateful to have found Park Ridge Family Medicine/New West Physicians in Lone Tree!! I can honestly say that they have been the best, most efficient and pleasant clinic that I have had in my circle of providers. And with a medical condition like Lupus, you bet that I have plenty of experience to compare them to! Thank you to all of the staff! I don't know what I would do without you!

We were in a time-sensitive situation and only needed a single signature from our pediatrician…read moreconfirming our son has an up-to-date physical so he could participate in a same-day basketball tryout. We emailed the form at 9:30 a.m. and politely asked if it could be returned by 2:00 p.m. Understanding that offices are busy, we felt 5.5 hours for a simple signature was reasonable. After receiving no response, we called multiple times to confirm the email was received. Four calls later, including being placed on hold twice until the calls disconnected, we still had no answer. We ultimately drove the form to the office in person. My wife then waited 45 minutes in the lobby, during which only one patient checked in, and we still did not receive the signature. We understand that medical offices are busy, but responsiveness and basic communication matter -- especially when it involves kids and time-sensitive school or sports requirements. Unfortunately, this experience has led us to look for a new pediatrician for our three children. I would encourage others to consider the importance of communication and responsiveness when choosing a provider.

We have been with this pediatric practice for over a decade and truly value the medical care…read moreprovided by the clinicians, who have always been kind and knowledgeable. However, over time the overall experience has changed, and unfortunately not for the better. The practice now feels more focused on growth and volume than on patient experience. Appointments often feel rushed, wait times are much longer than they used to be, and customer service no longer has the personal, family-centered feel it once did. While I understand that continued growth is a sign of success, it also seems the practice has become too busy to maintain the level of attentiveness that initially set it apart. Clearer communication, improved scheduling, and a renewed focus on patient experience would make a meaningful difference. I hope this feedback is received in the spirit intended, as we would love to see the practice return to the caring, patient-first environment it once had. Example would be our appointment for flu "mist", which was communicated at the time of the appointment scheduling. We showed up and the MA seemed rushed and annoyed stating they are out of the mist and have to administer a shot. She was far from patient with us as we decided on this change; quite rude, actually. Additionally, we made a 7:50 am appointment, showed up on time, went to the room, and had to step out twice to ask if the doctor was coming. By 8:30 am there was no doctor, no authentic communication as to why we are waiting so long, and we left without being seen. We've been passed through 4 different doctors in our time here, and are considering a switch. I'd say since 2020 we've felt more like a number to get in and out the door. Not impressed anymore. 3 stars for the service we enjoyed and remember from the past. Zero stars for the past few years.

I get that you have a PHD, but I've lived in my body 45 years & have undergone countless treatments, doctors & options; therefore am entirely certain that my opinion about my healthcare should be heard & not so easily dismissed. I can't trust a doctor with managing my medical health if they're not on the same team WITH ME. Dr. Togliatti has seen my records, she saw what previous meds & dosages I've been on. So I'm unsure why she's decided to take me back 20 years to the beginning of treatment like I'm brand new to thyroid issues. I'm not a doctor but I'm smart enough to know what my labs mean. And she may have a decade of education and experience with the general public on a general level of knowledge. But I know my own body for longer than she has. I find it highly unprofessional when you've got to argue with a physician about how your own body works. A good doctor knows everyone reacts differently to different forms of treatment. Medicine isn't a "one size fits all" thing. She may have plenty of patients, so won't miss me leaving her patient list. But I also have plenty of doctors to choose to trust with my health that I don't feel like I'm having to convince of my lab results that are literally self explanatory. I'm also not happy that she never bothered to call me to go over those lab results. Especially since my TSH levels are still WAY off. So calling me in the same prescription dosage is comparable to insanity: when you continue to repeat the same action, yet expect a different result.

Was supposed to be refilled last week, but it was not because the provider left Burrows 15 days ago, now they want me to come back in for another checkup and establish care with a new provider, pay another few hundred dollars, and get yet another refill prescription that was supposed to last one full year (i shouldn't have to pay more because a doctor left their office). And now they will not honor my prescription refill that i went in for 2 months ago, which i did intentionally ahead of time to avoid missing medication but now i am physically paying for it. They also told me the checkup without insurance they told me would be ~$160. Imagine that. Cheaper if you don't have any insurance.
