Even my auto insurance company which is one of the highest rated in the country was surprised at the cost but advised me they cannot question the charges in the state of Florida. Luckily we had auto and medical but no wonder our country is going broke over medical care! Was told I could have it reviewed for the level of care but who has the time. Never againnow I received another bill from the emergency physicians who weren't able to get the insurance info for billing from the hospital. Inefficient system that we as consumers should not tolerate.

The ER doctor, Dr Tucci and Shannon were so very warm and patient, they were understanding, explained everything and were transparent, the tech care team were very incredibly professional and understanding as well. When I was admitted I really thought the nurses, techs, and even the wonderfully sweet lady who brought me all my liquid meals were all gems. The resident director physician Dr Jallwalla was kind and helpful in talking about what was going on and what the plan was for my care to myself and my mom. I really cannot not say enough wonderful things about the people here. I will choose this hospital over zephyrhills from now on. Thank you to all of those wonderful people who actually made my stay at the hospital way more bearable. You are appreciated more than you know .

My Mother had a pacemaker put in on Monday and was on the discharge list for Tuesday the next day…read more She was up walking around Saturday and Sunday the day before the pacemaker placement. The nurses failed to get her up out of bed after surgery and never gave her her gout meds that were requested six days prior. The service here is very poor. When you call no one shows up on time or even at all. The PT/OT worked on the patient in the next bed and told me that there were 9 other patients ahead of my mother.I could go on and on. I will say this though. One night the night shift nurses got into a big argument about who was not doing their jobs down the hall at that front desk. My Mother could hear them arguing from her room. If you want great care, don't come here. INCOMPETENT!!!

Finally I got through to them and they said I had to come for an annual appointment just to refill my blood pressure medicine and my statin. Every time I went there they had a new doctor because they all are leaving them, apparently because of poor management. When I arrived in Zephyrhills, they said that the doctor was not available because of an emergency and nobody else could help me either. They said they had called me in the morning on an old landline, but I had told them already three times in the past to update their records and call me on my cellphone, which they never did. Then they said I would have to make another appointment to get my refills, and of course I told them I would find another PCP instead. There is AdventHealth right across the street, where my husband is a patient and never had a problem.

She's not one to only pop the spine and let you go. She takes the whole situation into consideration and treats accordingly. I have NOTHING but praise for her! She's beyond compare. I have had many spine issues which under her care have been managed very well. I'm ecstatic that Premier hired her.

The dr (I'm too decent to leave a name, but it rhymes with suit) so I ask for another that I think has her head on right, wrong again, she came in totally ghetto raising her voice and very defensive, she was a mess, again left sad and sick, (this ones name rhymes with heroine). Had to call like 5 times just to get the simplest answer and they don't return your calls, again it's like they don't give a damn and your are not important. The 2 drs here act like your bothering them and they don't want to see you. If you think you need work up because you believe you have something serious, forget it, they are not going to care to send you for tests or anything. I've never been mistreated in a drs office ever. If your sick go somewhere else, you will rot with these drs.
