I came here with my 7 year old on New Year's day and had a great time. There are two putt-putt courses, an easy and expert, we just did the easy one since my daughter isn't all that experienced. The course was well-maintained and the obstacles were fun. She really liked all the ball tunnels and it was easy enough to keep her from getting frustrated. This was her all-time favorite course. After that we did the arcade, they had a good selection of games and they were all reasonably priced. There were a lot of ticket games and they were generous with the tickets. Great selection of prizes and the staff was very friendly and accommodating even when she took a while to decide what she wanted. Highly recommend! read more

We brought our son here during his seven year old bday weekend mostly because it was raining heavily all day. The arcade is pretty amazing, they have things for kids and even adults, of course I set the record on some games but more importantly the little man scored a ton of tickets for some really cool prizes. This mini golf course has something for everyone: there's the golf, but there's also a gameroom inside for extra fun. The two outdoor courses offer a great mix of difficulty levels. We opted for the harder course, which was challenging but fun! It's your standard mini golf setup, but some of the holes were really creative. I ended up in the water twice; luckily, they have fishing poles to get the ball back! The blue waterfalls and cascades added a nice touch, creating a relaxing vibe. I especially loved that the course was mostly in the shade, making it a perfect spot to stay cool while having fun. Reasonable price- not too crowded- easy parking. A good visit! read more

C'mon, guys! Most places award holes-in- one with a free round replay. I got TWO but sadly, no such prize exists at Adventure Cove! The word shot-hole comes to mind...what an atrocity. The place was filthy, covered in trash, nothing was working, the staff were completely aloof and rude! Out of towners rookie mistake going here. This is great for kids and adults alike. Located close to Burke Beach on the north end, Adventure Cove offers an arcade experience as well as 2 putt putt courses. One miniature golf area is considered more difficult as opposed to the other. We took the higher difficulty course. The entire family had fun even though we were somewhat slow playing. They only allow 5 per hole so we needed to split up since there were 6 of us. read more

We got this as part of our condo package. You call Xplorie and it is a buy one get one free. There are at least three mini golf places in Hilton Head. This one was ok. We did the hard course and we had a good time. I wouldn't say it was anything super special. Hole 18 you go through a waterfall which was neat. We paid $15.90 and that was for both of us as it was buy one get one free. I don't know if I would pay $32 for both of us to play. Staff was to the point and made sure to tell us twice to only play 18 holes, not more! If you check in to the Yelp app they give you 8 tokens. We didn't use them as the staff sort of rubbed us the wrong way. Next time in town I would try one of the other mini golf places vs coming back here. read more

I didn't get a hole in one! I got a few 2s (one of which stopped like 2 inches short of a 1!) They have 2 courses, easy & hard. We played the hard. On the second hole, my son lost his ball to the blue water. He grabbed another. Later on, I realized that they have ball retrievers on most holes. It wasn't as hard as I expected. I think there were mostly Par 2s with like 5- Par 3s. We went inside and played some arcade games. The pinball game malfunctioned so I had to find another game to play. The prizes rivaled those of a certain pizza chain. Average. read more

There are two 18 hole courses that say easy and hard, but both have the same adversity. The holes in the ground are All different and are different deeps and sizes. Putt putt course was fun. However, the course had some of the biggest ants I've seen in awhile. Also, while we were playing, a worker thought it was a good idea to start clearing the courses with the leaf blower stirring up leaves, straw and debris in the air for our breathing pleasure. Came inside to play a few of the arcade games and ran into a few more issues. Skee ball game to the left wasn't working properly. I hit the 10K and 4K after reaching 15K but my points didn't change and stayed stuck at 15K. The ticket counter machine wouldn't accept my tickets. A worker said that one isn't working, use the other one. Why wasn't there a sign on the machine saying Out of Order? I've been to this place 2 or 3 times over the years and have had some decent experiences. However, this time makes me want to try out another putt putt place. read more

The arcade games were expensive and you don't get many tickets. Golf was actually really awesome! The front desk staff wasn't the friendliest. They had a check in option on Yelp and you get 8 free tokens. She tried to Deny me at first and stated she has never seen this before... after being rude about to to me and my family of 8 the manager came over and gave us the tokens. It wasn't a big deal except the fact she was rude. They don't have plastic golf clubs for the toddlers so my daughter kept steeling mine. read more

We opted for the easier course with our 2 younger kids. It was very quiet so we didn't have to rush or worry about anyone behind us. The gentleman at the counter was extremely courteous and helped the kids with the clubs and picking out colored golf balls. The greens seemed new and well kept so it was a nice course to play on. There were sticks to help retrieve balls out of the water (which comes in handy with small kids). We had a great time and at the end went into the arcade to play a few games. We did the harder course, and the courses were clean, interesting, and just the right amount of challenging. The scenery is beautiful, and the staff was just simply amazing! Kid wouldn't stop talking about putt-putt. After a wonderfully busy day, full of bicycling, beaching, and eating, our family was spent. I was searching for a putt-putt open after our late dinner and found Adventure Cove. We opted for the "easy" course, over the "hard" course. Challenging holes, but everything could be completed. Things started to back up at hole 18. Had to wait on a couple of groups to finish before we could. Now kid won't stop talking about how much fun putt-putt was. These people are the nicest people! They treated my family so kindly when we came. It started down pouring in the middle of our game, but luckily we had our ponchos. When we were finished our game, they gave my kids slushees and squishy golf balls, for sticking out the game. I think this is a super great way to have fun while social distancing with your family! We had a blast here! Wife and I had been here a couple of years ago, and got a photo in the photo booth taken. We wanted to see if the same machine was here, but sadly it had been replaced with a smaller one. We decided to wait to get the photo taken until after we played a round of mini golf. A round of 18 holes for two adults (and a Sponge Bob novelty ball) with a coupon from ValPack came to a total of $18 and change. A good value to take away memories that will last forever! There was good music playing while we enjoyed ourselves on the course. The holes weren't too hard, but difficult enough to challenge players. The course is well illuminated at night, for that extra degree of difficulty to bring shadows into play. There were two courses: Paradise Cove is to the left as you leave the entrance. A word of advice: when you get to the cave, be sure to walk to the hole to find out where to aim! If you happen Togo into the drink, there are ball retrievers near the water. This was a cute spot. Not the prettiest, but it does the job ;) We went here for the first time with the kiddos (4&2), and had a great time. Obviously this wasn't a serious game and there was a lot of running around but everyone, especially my kids, had a great time. They had 2 levels with 18 holes each. The pricing wasn't bad at all and I believe the kids were free. We were attended by friendly staff and were able to start playing right away. This place also has a decent arcade and sells ice cream with various flavors. The restrooms were clean as well, which helps when you had a kid potty training . The one thing that I'd recommend is to fix their photo booth. It's $3 for a Strip of 4, and the pics came out blurry. Also the camera is a bit off position. read more
