Northridge Cinema 10 Hilton Head, SC Not the most modern theatre, they do have reclining seats. Got tickets through fandango and had to figure out the process of retrieving them at the theatre. Concession stand attendee was friendly and courteous.

    Alleged military discount for tickets.

I've been to this movie theatre several times throughout the years and even though they have been upgrading its all wasted on their poor professionalism, misleading menus, and false information on their website. I'll add a picture, but if you are going to show a combo and candy is included then a person would assume that they are getting the drinks, popcorn, and candy. Well apparently that is not the case, candy is $3 extra for the combo which is not disclosed anywhere. Oh, if your active military don't expect to receive the military discount like the website says because then employees will tell you they don't do military discounts. Employee, also seemed not the happiest to be working there as when my partner added my brother's order, the employee slammed the cups and popcorn container on the counter. Also, toys of any sorts should not be allowed in movie theatres. I realize this isn't the Cinema's fault but entire 3 hour movie little kid is driving his RC car around and the family is talking loudly. I'm assuming management came in the theatre and stood there for 5 minutes maybe before leaving but the family didn't care. Would recommend the new Avatar move!

This theater has ample parking and reasonably priced food. Movie price was reasonable as well. Movie for three was under $20. Reserved seating on all seats is enforced where you can select your seats for socially distancing, if you desire. Luscious seats that recline with a button. Huge big screen for the theater experience. Seating area was also great with lots seats. I do recommend this movie

Great, little theater on Hilton Head Island. I think it would be accurate to describe this theater as "indie." It has a few quirks and benefits -- which is kind of the hallmark of a good, locally run cinema. Here are some noteworthy things: First, it's in a shopping plaza and not exactly well marked. If you didn't know where to look for it (thank you modern technology) you might not even know it was in the shopping center you were driving aimlessly around. Second, sometimes there is no one manning the ticket booth. You have to walk in and then turn immediately around and go inside the ticket booth itself and operate the payment kiosk as self-service. Weird but whatever. You can get the tickets at the concession stand instead if you're going to be getting anything. Third, speaking of concessions, you get unlimited drink and popcorn refills if you get the *large* size of them. Fourth, I don't know about all of the screens, but #5 definitely had the recliner seats that are push-button controlled. Nice. Don't worry about the fabric tape holding the seat together. It still works just fine.

This theater is not as fancy as Park Plaza, but it has good popcorn, good movies, and the seats are fairly comfortable.

Hole in the wall theater. Will be disappointed if you are visiting from large city. Not clean at all

Since…read moreI was seeing Project Hail Mary, I figured it would be a perfect movie to immerse myself in and this theater did not disappoint. My main tip, however, would be this: DO NOT PURCHASE SEATS IN ROW F, which is the first section in the back portion of the theater. What the online ticketing wont tell you is that these are partially obstructed view seats due to the "clear" railings. Although the railings are indeed clear plastic, they are about 5 ft tall and therefore directly blocking your view while sitting down. Instead, I would recommend purchasing seats either towards the front in rows G or H or all the way towards the back of the theater. It will be a much more enjoyable experience, especially if seeing a 2.5 hr or more movie like we did.

The sound in the IMAX theater is terrrible, just way too loud and boomy, all base and no treble, so…read morequiet dialogue gets drowned out or can't be heard clearly. The seats are ok, but getting to them can be a problem. To get to the seats up top (for example, row B) you have to climb stairs that are poorly lit and have a handrail so low that normal sized adults can't reach it without bending way way over. I'm 5-11 and I couldn't reach it without bending over so far I thought I was going to fall forward. Is somebody kidding or what? As for the screen, it's big, for sure, but all the action still takes place in the middle and the rest is stuff you don't care about it; so IMAX is kind of a ripoff unless there's lots of big wide shots of great stuff filling the screen.
