The sauna is right next to the waiting room and treatment rooms leading to extremely dry heat making my throat sore and my body sweaty. The spa has some renovations and improvements to make. The cleaning people were mopping the locker room floors I slipped and fell. There was not a single yellow caution "slippery when wet" sign. They couldn't have mopped after the spa closed? Last but not least the front desk I made the reservation with did not communicate to my masseuse leading to some bumps in the road there. I know a lot of the long-term residents don't feel that way (as in any town), but as a visitor who travels a lot and stays long-term in places, I want to say that this town is my favorite in the US for its personality, its honesty, its residents, its community, its location, its history, its quirkiness and the fact that you can just relax and enjoy.
