Parking is plentiful at check-in. The staffs are extremely helpful at preparing life vests for us and putting us at the river. The end of the "ride" has a giant green flag, where the staffs help us get out of the water. We had amazing time and would recommend it. Tips: 1) the short trip was noted as 4 hours, though we finished in 2 hours. We recommend spending time parking our kayak at some beaches closeby for fun. 2) even though we selected a ride time of 9am, we are free to arrive any time before 12:30pm

We went on a weekday in August so it was very easy to pull up and get a kayak right away. My mom didn't join us but she enjoyed walking around the park. They were knowledgable about the river systems and lakes which made being on the water even more interesting. We've lived in neighboring Illinois for years but have only just started exploring the waters in Missouri. It was fun and a chance to spend time together in a different way. It also made me appreciate the natural beauty of Missouri. Seeing the turtles enjoying the sunshine was one of my favorite parts. The only thing I would do differently is go early in the morning when it's cooler.

It was tight with the tables in there because the building isn't very wide  but it worked out fine.  There were spaces for diaper bags and strollers.  The other really nice thing is the mini mall courtyard has seating outside so if it's a nice day people can congregate and the kids can burn out energy there too. In terms of all the play options, I loved it and the kids were entertained too. There are like 10 different play stations, a separate play area for the younger kids, kids books in several languages, a dedicated changing room that is separate from the bathroom. There was plenty of hand sani stations and three owner wore a mask the whole time. And there's also a groupon right now and she's running other specials you can probably book if you give her a call.

It's a one hour session which is just enough time to tire him out. I was in awe of the details- the cafe was so chic and the iced coffee was one of the more delicious coffees I've had at a cafe. The play area is cleaner than most play places I've been too. My son loved all of the different play stations and the various sensory toys. My only note is that 20 kids is A LOT to allow for each session, considering the adults have to be near their children and take up a big chunk of space. I had a hard time maneuvering through the slide area to keep up with my toddler, with so many moms socializing. I get the purpose is to have a spot for parents to be able to let their kids place but also socialize with other parents, but with such a small play space, limiting the number to maybe 15 kids would even make a difference! I would even pay $5 entrance for myself if it meant less people per hour. Overall, lovely little spot and I'm happy we have this choice in our area!!

Be sure to make a reservation way in advance- they book up quickly! When you check in you need to sign a waiver and remove your shoes once in the play area. They do have socks for purchase if you don't have any. It's a cafe on one side and play area on the other. You are able to go in and sit by the kids while they play or grab a bite or drink while still having full access to them as well. It's beautifully designed with soft pastel colors and such a calm and welcoming vibe. It is a timed play date so you don't have to worry about overcrowding. You are given a beeper to keep track for you. The next time you want to relax and let the kids play in a safe controlled environment, go check out the Little's Loft Play Cafe! I think kids and their adults will enjoy it.
