I think they rotate some items every 90 days while some items stay the same. There are yuck buckets all around the playroom in case of slobbering or "taste testing". The staff also cleans the floors and toys regularly to fight germs and keep toys looking their best. I will always recommend a reservation as spots fill up fast. A birthday party here is also worth it because of the space for seating and the ability for kids 0 -10 to be able to play and enjoy. This location is not as accessible because the entrance has a small shared parking lot, a step or large slope to enter, and the doors are all manual and all require a little maneuvering as there are pull handles, lower knobs, and hook handles.

I was pleased to be able to leave the project there, partially finished, rather than rush through the project during the workshop. When going back to complete a workshop project, you do not have to pay a studio fee since that was worked into the initial price. I was able to go and finish gluing my project, using as much of the tiles/stained glass/porcelain as I wanted. I then took home my project as well as grout and a small kit containing a cloth, cuts of newspaper, and a few others things to grout at home, although I could have returned to the studio a third time to do that there if I wanted. Many members of my family go as well and have all expressed the same gratitude for the opportunity to create something new in a comfortable place at our own pace. Project prices (walk-in or workshop) aren't cheap but neither are the materials they provide. Everything I've made there has held up well and they rotate available projects. If you're unsure about project costs or studio fees, ask them before you start. They can recommend projects within your budget and explain the studio fee. They're not out to price gouge, running an art studio with quality materials and trained staff isn't cheap. I typically spend $70 per mosaic project/workshop, if you're looking for a rough estimate. I went this past Tuesday - it was the perfect rainy day activity! From the moment I walked in, everyone was nothing but friendly, helpful and accommodating. One of the ladies showed me around. Apparently they had just come back from a workshop and learned some new techniques. I fell in love with one of them and decided to do it for one of my pieces. It involved layering four different colors and using paper leaf cut-outs. I think it took me bout an hour to complete! Such a relaxing process and so much fun! I also painted a small plate freehand. That probably took about another hour. Throughout my time there, the ladies would occasionally check in to make sure I was doing alright. And they were always available if I had any questions.

She then said (in a super condescending tone) that we had to specially ASK for that certain bear and birthday special. Like how am I supposed to know that?
